Lcc Research Description
London College of Communication (LCC) is one of 6 colleges which make up the University of the Arts London and is at the forefront of research in photography, sound arts, design and film. LCC offers a broad range of research degrees, including theoretical, experimental and practice-based. Indicative research areas are: current practices and histories of photography, sonic arts, sound design, auditory culture, film, multimedia, communication studies, graphic design, research into materials used by artists or others employed in creative pursuits, digital and colour imaging. LCC is also currently developing research initiatives in retail studies and advertising.
