What a gem of a place if you’re heading down to Cornwall this summer and you want to break up your journey with nice food and a treat stop at Le Cygne in Dawlish, will be back very soon.

Stunning food, warm welcome, so worth a visit !

My fist visit but won’t be my last to this dlightful new little cafe opposite The Green! So refreshing to see healthy Mediterranean type food in Dawlish. My toastie was truly delicious and the cakes to die for. It was so hard to choose! Excellent coffee in a bright red cheery cup. Next time I will try the mozzerella and Parma ham sandwich, or the delicious looking baked eggs...they both look yummy! The service was great! Thank you for a delicious lunch. Be back soon 😊

Lovely little cafe. Excellent coffee, first rate sandwiches, not to forget the delicious waffle - all topped off by first rate service.

Beautiful cafe, with a well selected menu.

Such a well thought through cafe, the layout and interior looks amazing, and the staff doing a superb job as well.

I went for a cappuccino, and the eggs � all came so well presented, and tasted great, definitely worth a visit for anyone in the area.

A lovely intimate setting ran by a friendly, helpful team of people.



Delicious food including the biggest slices of locally sourced, homemade desserts.



The menu has been well thought out and is different from that of the other cafes along the Strand. Not a full English or a chip in sight. Think brunch and sharing boards and good coffee.



We love the cafes and restaurants in Dawlish and this new venture sits very well within them. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful interior but service (just two flat whites painfully slow this morning and not massively busy). Coffee scorching hot and in interesting little cups.
