One of the best places to have branch! Lovely people as well!

User

I go to Le Pain almost on a daily basis and I just love it. The food is of a great quality, the service is fantastic and the atmosphere is very homely. After my breakfast I always buy myself their wonderful sour dough bread to take home with me. Extremely clean and a wonderful place to work from too.

Great food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Stopped in here for a quick bite, and I couldn't be happier than I did! The croissants are beyond perfection! I would come back here without hesitation!

User

Great food and drinks....friendly staff (service as expected for a busy eatery on good friday) recommended.

Found this place by chance yesterday on a day trip to London. Great service, lovely warm atmosphere. Three of us had scones which were huge and scrummy. Would recommend and hope to revisit some day.

User

Friendly staff, quick service and lovely food.

Apple and Cinnamon muffin and coffee delicious. Staff were pleasant, bit rushed of their feet as very busy. Maybe more staff needed. Defently would go back though.

The food is good and at a decent price. The service on this particular branch is AWFUL! The waitress didn’t smile, not friendly at all and when I asked her how she was she ignored me completely. Took ages for her to bring the bill even though she saw me waving at her.

User

Service was a bit slow but the cakes were lovely - very light and not overly sweet.

User

Had a great value breakfast.. Tasted delicious and was as described on the menu. The Manager was very helpful and accommodating also extremely apologetic when an item was unavailaible. So much more welcoming than the cold aloof snooty 'gate keepers' next door at The Ivy Chelsea Garden!!!Will definitely be back.

Generally this place is ok, too many people and the staff fall apart ... missing components from lunch and shitty table...

User

Nice cakes and bread but when it comes to the cooked food, don’t be fooled by the fresh sounding, ‘organic’ menu. They can peel an avocado, scramble and overcook an organic egg and boil a kettle but everything else is an overpriced letdown

User

Had a chocolate brownie which was rock hard and stone cold. Not nice. Others in our party had similar disappointing experiences - the cream was decidedly off on one pudding and the cheesecake was very bland. Won't be going back!

User

Awful service, just awful. Ignored completely, staff walked past my dead plate repeatedly. I had to get up and ask them to clear eventually. I didn't touch the over cooked scrambled egg and when I pointed it out they said "oh do you want a discount?" How about I don't pay at all for the inedible part of my breakfast and how about I don't pay your service charge?! My bill for half an avocado that was slightly past its best, inedible scrambled egg (looked more like an omelette ready to be sliced up for egg fried rice), toast, coffee, tea & a croissant was £19!!!!!
