While in a trip to London, Stopped for tea and cake with my daughter and two grandsons, one of which was a baby in a pram. Staff very friendly and helpful, enabling us to have our baby in the pram fast asleep. Cakes and drinks were to die for and I can definitely recommend Le Oain Quotidien

We sat outside watching the world go by having a Prosecco and a wonderful waffle with chocolate sauce

We had a really lovely meal. Food was very healthy and fresh and the service was exceptional.

Great food , nice healthy options but service needs to improve

1. So the staff is really trying there best

2. It is a real clean hygienic place

3. I am a huge le pain quotidien fan as I regullary would go there in Belgium

I had the fresh mint tea, avocado salmon and ricotta sandwich (I would personally serve it on a hard toast instead of normal bread) and the carrot cake it was nice, I was placed on the big table.

A 4 instead of a 5 as the staff does their best but does need to find a system and work as a team for the moment they are to much independent chains and not a necklace...

Slow service. Waitress didn’t know the menu. 3 ‘hot’ dishes had to be sent back as tepid. Optional service added onto bill - had to deduct to remove.

Good vegan salad with about and lentils ���� The service was a bit slow but friendly. All in all good for a high street chain.

Beware of the “optional” service charge on the bill.

Although they don't normally take bookings for Sundays the manager told me she would make an exception for me. When I arrived no one knew anything about it! Fortunately my party of 6 managed to sit together! The drinks were fine but we ordered a bread basket to share, which took far too long to come, infact we had finished our drinks by the time it arrived and it was very disappointing! The bread was dry and the crusts hard.
