We were a large group they got one of the drinks wrong but immediately rectified it and got us the right one. We were given the other drink on the house.

The food is always good, although the portions are fairly small. They often won’t open the upstairs area until the very last moment forcing you to sit on an average table rather than a nicer one upstairs

Food is good but can be better as the food came lukewarm. Serving can be better too. More smiles on the servers' faces will be nice.

Delicious but v small portion sizes for high prices. Service slow too. Brownie tiny but so delicious. Nice relaxing cosy atmosphere upstairs. Petit dejeuner with jams and chocolate was gorgeous too for a treat :-)

Awesome place. Great staff and the food is simple amazing. I had "Chilli Sin Carne" and as a Vegan I must say I'm impressed by how tasty it was. I saw other Vegan options on the menu so I'll definitely be back. Thank you for having me there! :)

Although a born and bred Londoner I am not familiar with this area. I was with a friend and we only wanted a coffee before meeting up with others. The restaurant is very quirky and in keeping with the area and it was nice to stay away from the major chains.

Service was excellent and very attentive. It goes without saying, we enjoyed our coffees.

We had coffee and something to eat at the Paddington outlet which is much smaller and well situated the day before so thought would try Notting Hill!! It was a mistake on busy Sunday....I ordered a croissant and a coffee which I would have liked to be delivered together however my coffee arrived 10-15 minutes before the food so it was drunk when the croissant appeared!! However the staff are great and hard working, my wife enjoyed her eggs and I would not let this turn me off going there again!! I would suggest the offer of another COMPLIMENTARY coffee might be the go when there is such a delay!!

Very bad service! No one bringing Flute & Coffee ordered 20minutes earlier. :-( Had to leave premises with toddler after seeing three other tables of later arrivals served.

Taking bad service to new depths. There are people in the morgue with more charisma, people in prison with better food and people in america that are more French than this hole.

Just returned from there and after almost 15 minutes waiting by the table for any service we left the place.

If there is nowhere else in London open go there. Orders not written down. Food arrives in stages or not at all or incorrect. You are seated and then told the kitchen is closed. In the early evening. Incredible!!!!! Lack of interest in the customer. How does it survive. A restaurant is more than ethics. The customer should be at the heart of the business.
