The worst experience I ever had. Never ever deal with Leaders, very unprofessional, no reliable, the most expensive. Cancelled agreement 4 days before moving date because someone offered higher. Was waiting for refund administration fees for 2 weeks, after calling and emailing every day. Just avoid this agency.

Very prompt and friendly service. Found great tenants within one day of advertising our property. The team attitude was very positive and proactive, The only negative to note was a lack of attention to detail when finalising the contract - the final draft contained an error however when pointed out amendments were addressed promptly. Happy to recommend.

Leaders were the letting and management agent for our property for 8 years, and provided a sterling service. We found that their service actually improved whenever we faced a tricky situation and they were diligent, available and always easy to get hold of and deal with. Tim in Lettings knew the market well and was always calm and efficient, while Fiona in Property Management was simply first-class: capable, thorough and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended .

Leaders in Kingston are just great. I have rented a flat through them for a while now. At the beginning it was Nick in letting. He was sooo professional, friendly and helpful. After that I was handed over to Hannah in the Property Management Dept. She is a star and has made my life in the flat hassle free - she is always available and deals with issues promptly and efficiently - always in control - friendly and never seems to get flustered. Of course there is the rest of the Leaders team who are just as pleasurable to deal with. I do realise that this review has only positive things to say about Leaders Kingston but believe me as far as I am concerned there have been no negatives. Thank you Leaders for the respect that you have given me during the time that we have been doing business together. I will not hesitate in recommending you to others.

Fantastic service from the team at Leaders Kingston. The process of renting a flat went smoothly from the date of viewing to the date we moved in (and even beyond). Sally Anne and her colleagues went out of their way and were very understanding of our needs. Highly recommended, professional service.

My husband and I have recently sold our flat through Leaders in Kingston. We spoke to several agents in the local area before deciding which to go with them and are so pleased we went with Leaders. We chose Leaders because Chris, who managed our sale, was fantastic and clearly really knew his stuff. He was always at the other end of the phone to guide us, and offered great advice and support and throughout the process. Chris organised an open day for people to view the flat and we sold it immediately! We had several offers which was fantastic. I cannot recommend Leaders and in Particular Chris Dribble enough. We would definitely use them again in the future.

As a Landlord I have been renting my property out with Lords/Leaders for 12 years during which time I have experienced excellent service from all the Staff at Leaders who I have found to be helpful, (even when things go wrong). I can recommend them as one of the better letting Agents in Kingston-upon-Thames.

I will never be dealing with these guys again.
The fees are higher than any other estate agent, yet the service is abysmal.
The property on moving in was dirty in poor maintenance, inventory totally wrong and when raised with them was told that it was previous tenant who should have raised the maintenance issues, even though the check out inventory itemised them.
When raising a complaint answers were non existent and a month there have been no repairs carried out by property management. They don't seem to care they've got their ridiculous fees now.
After seeing how little they do for tenants, there's no chance I'd recommend to any landlord either.

Failed to sell a flat within my building so their board has been dumped within my front garden. I have called five times to ask for it to be removed, several months later, it is still there.

If they cannot perform a simply task, I wouldn't trust them with selling/letting my home.
