I worked with Leaders Lewisham to rent out my property for six months. Overall they did a very good job, they maintained good professional standards throughout and showed honesty and trust in the business they do. They have very competitive pricing on their rental management rates, and for the price, the service is good value for money.

The only reason I have not provided 5 stars would be the lack of attention to detail during the advertising stage, where the online adverts required polishing a few times over. However, the post sale support and ongoing management of the property was excellent.

Very nice team who run this office, I would recommend them to other landlords.

I can't speak highly enough of the speed and efficiency of Tim, Sharon and the Leaders team in Lewisham. I live overseas and returned to the UK for one week to complete on the purchase of a newbuild flat and immediately let it out to tenants. With 48 hours, Leaders had taken photographs, advertised the property, prepared contracts and organized for blinds to be installed. Within 4 days we had organized viewings and had a tenant ready to sign contracts. I returned overseas after a week and everything was in place for the tenants to move in a few weeks later, pending credit checks. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process.

Tim and Sharon have been fantastic through the whole process, polite and professional and very very helpful. I would have no hesitation in using them in the future, or recommending them to anyone.

Leaders are a very good managing agent. I have been with them for a long time. They are professional and efficient in all my dealings with them. They have recently managed a complete refurbishment of my property within budget and on time. They keep me up to date with developments more widely.

When I first instructed Oaklets they were very responsive. Since Leaders has taken over there has been significant staff changes and in recent months there have been some major difficulties resolving repairs issues. It is positive that Leaders is finally asking for some feedback and I am hoping that I will see some real improvements in service.
