I have been feeling a bit spiritually zapped this afternoon!
I have learnt this happens when I am around large numbers of people, which I was in Plymouth shopping and also at slimming world just now.
It manifests as a head ache and a tiredness that isnt like normal! It's hard to describe.
... So on the way home I was asking God to show me what it was doing it, and He did.
Basically I am spiritually very aware on many levels. I can sense how people are feeling, why they maybe feeling it. I have visions and see and hear things all in the spirit realm! Plus loads of other stuff that I sometimes am aware of.
Which is an amazing gift unless of course, your connected to the wrong realm. I need to be connected to God in heaven, not the realm in between earth and heaven where the bad guys hang out!
A bit more praying closing the doors that maybe open into the middle realm, and I am starting to feel much better!
I can not believe I have missed this whole side of life for so long! But now I can see it ❤️❤️.
Jesus was the force that came to Earth to enable us to even be able to be connect to God in Heaven! Which is sooooooo cool!! I love it

It's always good to know what's going on with you I think. This back issue has gone on long enough now.
30 years since having me she has suffered one way or another, and it was this exact reason that I have kept persuing, the answers to get my own back and pelvis right.
... The longer we leave something the worse it gets, and the more damage you have to unravel! That's what I am finding now. It's the unravelling that's the thing.
I still think it's magic how a machine can even see everything inside of us.
We may have to go shopping whilst we are here as well 😉

We can go on a diet, we can go to the gym and work really hard to lose loads of weight!
But if we don't address the thoughts that are causing us to emotionally eat, or indeed the actual root to why you eat in the first place its all in vain, and you end up yo yo dieting for the whole of your life.
I am currently on the last diet I am ever going to do, I am doing slimming world. I've done it before and it's worked but it's not stayed off. This time though I am so conscious o...f what's going on in my body (most of the time) I am able to

Sounds crazy doesn't it? But if you don't forgive the person who called you fat, or that may have done something to you in your past, which made you reach for the food as comfort then the yo yo diets will continue.

Mine started when I was about 8, something happened to me which I kept a secret from my parents. From that moment I used food to make me feel better.

The past has been and gone, I can no longer live there, I have to live in the now!
It has been a painful trip going through my old thought processes, and why they might be there. Some of which I didn't even know about, but my sub conscious knew and remembered.
With the power of the Holy Spirit and a basic knowledge of neuroplasticity, I discovered that my old mind sets don't have to stay in my brain. That I can actually take them and visualise them being thrown out of my min...d, and then choose what to replace them.
My most recent mindset change, is from when I was the secretary of my local young farmers club. I took everything on my own shoulders, to organise an event so you can imagine when the boys started being boys, I got angry and stopped the event, half and hour early. Which causes an uproar.
I then quite the next day, I just gave up. I've felt like that again recently and its been hard pushing through, but I have chosen to change and declare over myself I can do this, no matter how hard it is. I must stick in there and keep going.

Like butter wouldn’t melt!
Little do you know that just 10 minutes before this picture her, and I were having a battle over her reward chart because she wasn’t doing what I asked her to do! So stars were coming off!
Then it got onto the traffic light system, and we were literally arguing over who was where! I put her on the green face she put me on the red! Then I said no it’s you on the red and so on 😂😂. I then decided someone had to be the adult and stepped away from chart...!!!!!
I am 😂 whilst writing this but I wasn't in the process.
God was laughing all the way to conception when He gave us this monkey because He knew, she was going to make me change more than I ever had before!
It's like a miniature version of me just tougher 😍😍

Only down side to baking is I can't eat any because I am sugar free for a week 🙈! Which was bad planning with our school duck race at the weekend and a guarantee we will have amazing homemade cakes! 😂
