But what about your mental health, the fundamental thing that is 'you'?
We tend to overlook it, and like anything left - it rarely gets better on its own.
It's a subject that can carry a stigma, seldom mentioned, usually ignored, suffered in silence until it can't be ignored any longer. This results in unnecessary suffering and sometimes worse - it's a shameful indictment of our society.
If you don't look after 'you' then who will?
