Hi guys just wanted to share my experience with you apparently my car Ford Focus had a bit problem with the break it was a bit losed and I took my car into this garage and had fixed my break it works ok now but apparently I have been charged £192.20 just for this job :( and after paying I asked then for reciepet and have been told that I will be receiving that by post and now it's been nearly 1 month no receipt no warranty no nothing 👎👎👎 well annoyed right now would not recommend any one here :(

My car kept cutting out when I came to a standstill. Dropped it off at 7:30am before I went to work. I got a phone call at 4pm from the garage saying the car was ready to collect. I asked how much i owed and was told £100 because they had spent " literally hours on it".
I went to pick my car up after work expecting it to be working properly, how wrong was I.
I asked them to start the car and immediately it revved really high so I asked why.
I was told they had spent hours trying to find out what the problem was but couldn't locate it, so basically what they did was turn the idle screw right up so it didn't cut out because it was revving so high.
They are an absolute bunch of idiots who ripped me off. Took it to a decent garage and it turned out to be the idle motor. Cost me £10 for a secondhand part and 10 minutes to fit myself.
Do yourself a favour and take your car somewhere that cares about you and your car, not just profit and money.
I would not take my car there again if they where the last garage on earth and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone except maybe trading standards.
