What an awful experience I've had with this company! I've had nothing but problems with my vehicle breaking down 6 times already in the first 3 months! They do not respond to any emails and on several occasions it takes me over half an hour to get through to customer services only to be told their rogue agent Craig Brown in the problem vehicle department is 'not available'!
This is a sham company and Craig does everything he can to wiggle out of speaking to me when I phone. I even heard him say to his colleague 'just say I'm in a meeting' when I phoned last week! What kind of service is this?! Cowboys

Beware and seriously avoid. Customer service is non existent. Their function is to purely avoid dealing with a situation until too late. They have also managed to ruin my credit report. When asked why? Simple answer we don't know. They could not see on their system what the issue was. Then they asked for my credit report and view all of my personal details. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. AVOID!

I was working there for the agency Contract Options ,my real name is Victoria.All the kitchen staff were wonderful ,the head chef Mark ,KInga ,Alex ,Joy ,Andrew ,etc.I dont know hoew some people have given bad reviews .The only bad thing about the place is a blonde English receptionist on her fifties ,who at least with me was always rude,everybody else was really good!

Rude rude rude! Everyone I've spoken to on the phone has a serious attitude problem.

Very poor service, or should I say lack of it. Clearly half these reviews are submitted by staff!

Avoid taking a vehicle with Leasplan Uk at all costs. Every time I need to contact them they are rude, abrupt, dishonest and disingenuous.
I contacted them on the latest occasion to change the bank account my direct debits are taken from, to be told that they wont update the bank account, and that only the original bank account I was using can be used. They apparently wont accept payment by cheque, and are telling me that I need to get my contract changed with the broker. The Broker say that Leaseplan have told them its not possible to change the contract and that the contract will need to be cancelled.......At the cost to me of thousands.
All I wanted to do was change the bank account that payments are taken from. But they are effectively refusing payment.
Complete bunch of clowns. Will never deal with them again.

I Live next door to there offices on bath road Slough..
the way the staff hang around like groups off teens smoking and swearing at the back of my flat is a joke.. A big company like that and they can't provide there employees with a smoking shelter... The attitude of there staff is unbelievable they treat the tenants of the flats like there better then them. Poor respect and attitude..
I'm a builder and I know how to treat people better then these, so call "well mannered" telephone answering good for nothing employees

Managers are rude, obnoxious, self- centered and full of pride. Staff dont bother responding to your communications (try phoning them if you can get to right department!) . Very much up their own noses. Unhelpful. Costs are extortionate compared to other leasing companies. Any excuse to rip you off , with add ons, extra - surcharges, like yearly road tax costs during the lease, congestion charges, service charges, etc. Better off going to something like Parkers instead. *** AVOID ***

I recommend avoiding taking out a maintenance package with LeasePlan. I am 2 years into a 3 year lease with them, they recently refused to replace the front two tyres on the car in line with the car manufacturers recommendation as to a safe tread level. I provided evidence of this to the customer services team and still nothing was resolved. For the premium price required to pay for this add on, you do not receive any sort of service.

Worst leasing company i have ever come across, unhelpful staff, managers refuse to take calls, hide behind emails and do whatever they can to avoid further contact. Staff are not aware there own companies terms & conditions.
