Off to Preston today, replace some LEDs fitted a few years ago by a kitchen fitter. I can repair older systems as well as fit all new systems.

Above cupboard LEDs in this beautiful kitchen, complemented with 3 warm/cool/coloured bulbs as a centrepiece. I still have a few more bits to do in this lovely house out in the countryside.

Up early for a big job next couple of days. Massive kitchen..

Some lovely new bits of kit, only just come out. Slimline downlights (240V), working off the standard Mi Light remote or app. Warm and cool white, adjustable brightness and RGB colours too. All the same features as all the Mi Light bulbs. Bigger and brighter than the GU10 bulbs with a softer light, They also have waterproof ones for outdoor fitment.

Todays customer kindly sent me some photos of her finished kitchen. It was a very dark kitchen, and the new lighting has completely transformed it. This one was a real challenge as it had been wrapped the week before and all the kickboards wrapped into the kitchen units. The kickboards had not been out since the house was built, nightmare. Took a little more time and swearwords than normal to get around this problem, but I got there in the end. Happy Bunny.

Bit of a mission this week, one of my previous customers wanted to replace her kitchen spot light bulbs with my fancy colour changing warm white cool white GU10 bulbs. So I get there to fit them only to find she has special bulbs and holders fitted (CFL bulbs) that wont take my GU10 bulbs. So I buy new bulb holder and go to fit them, only to find they are too big for the holes in the ceiling and have to take them back and go on another mission to find the right ones. Bit of a pain, but got it all sorted and learned a new skill too, Happy Bunny, Happy Customer..

I love my job, so satisfying. This is the latest kitchen I have transformed over the last few days. very happy.

Sore eyes after a long day making LED strips up for 2 kitchens this week, I set my new record today, 14 separate pieces in 1 day.. 32 separate steps to each strip..a lot of fine work with tweezers and jewellers glasses. All tested and packed now, ready for fitting this week. Now whats for tea...

Loving how today's job came out. A proper white light for cooking and all the colours. Works really nice with the 3 colour changing bulbs all linked into the same system.
