'I began my working career as a lecturer in universities in South Africa where I taught for 9 years, before this period I had an idea I wanted to assist people with change and altered my studies, accumulating in my MSc in London. I have a vast array of experience working in educational and treatment based organisations all over the world, namely South Africa, India and the United Kingdom.

My experience in the field of therapy begins in South Africa in 2006 where I ran psycho social therapy groups in an addiction treatment centre for 4 years, assisted private clients in my hypnotherapy practice and as a personal trainer. In 2007 I volunteered in India in a drug treatment centre and taught English to Tibetan refugees. My studies brought me to London where I completed my Master of Science in Addiction Psychology and Counselling, during this time I worked in a 12 step treatment centre, running groups and seeing clients. I have further experience as a Drug and Alcohol Practitioner in a DIP service, methadone clinic and in HM Prison Brixton.

I currently work in a 12 step treatment centre in East London where I counsel clients 1: 1 and run groups whilst running a Life Coaching, Counselling and Hypnotherapy practice in West and South West London. I am an Integrative Counsellor and Life Coach, utilising different modalities, theories and approaches; namely person centered, MI, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, hypnotherapy, The 3 principles, 12 step, psychodynamic, existential and spirituality, accommodating the needs and focus of my clients.

I have been working with clients for many years from diverse backgrounds and with varied challenges, I have a compassionate, direct and non-judgemental approach and believe in building an open and honest relationship where together we can find positive solutions, bring about positive change and enhance your overall well being.
