We all, at some point experience situations and emotions that we cannot make sense of. When experiencing times like this, having somebody to listen to you, not judge and give a safe space to explore feelings is what is needed. This is where I can help.

My name is Lee Harris and I am a local Counsellor based in Gloucester.
I am trained in Psychodynamic and Person Centred theory - integrating the two, so I focus on the here-and-now, but use the past to help inform the present.
