Thank you sooooo much! Yesterday morning I was about to give up on booking a family holiday over Easter. I was going insane trailing the internet looking at limited options and worrying that what there was anything worth bothering with anyway! As a final effort I contacted Leeann who got back to me within 30 mins with some options, and personal recommendations! Decided to book the one she recommended. Think the final contact last night was 9.30pm, and again this morning at 6.30am! Thanks again for taking the stress out of booking a holiday (even organised car parking!) .... Have always booked my own holidays, but as this one is my dream holiday, I was stressing a bit looking at hotels, excursions, flights etc. I then decided to give up and remembered Leeann had her own agency. Just one message from me with a brief description of what I was looking for and Wham... My perfect hotel/resort which is absolutely me to a tee, flight options too, so my choice. I told Leeann I would love to go on an excursion to see the orang-utans in their natural habitat and she delivered, not only that she recommended a couple of other amazing excursions which will give us the chance to experience the true Borneo and soak up the culture. Am absolutely over the moon. Stress free for me, fantastic planning and recommendations, will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended :)
