At Leeds seasoned logs we sell a range of different types of wood for many different purposes.
We sell split logs which are a great value option and ideal for use on wood burners, multi-fuel stoves, open fires, and braziers. All of our wood has all been well seasoned throughout the year to ensure that the maximum amount of moisture has been naturally extracted so they are ready for use.
We sell two different bags of split logs,
Mixed Bag: this bag contains hardwood and softwood such as Oak, Cherry, Ash and Beech that has been split to size.
Ash Bag: This bag is softwood only as it just contains Ash, which is ready for you to use straight away.
Each bag is measured out in a 1ton dumper machine bucket or a 1ton builders sack. Please remember that a builders sack is not a ton of wood and it is not a cubic meter of wood (probably around 0. 6 m3).
Delivery is free within a 5mile radius of Swillington. If you do not live within the 5mile radius delivery will be an extra charge of £10. If you do not want us to deliver there is plenty of access for collection.
We also sell discs and un-split logs of all shapes and sizes, which are ideal for decorative purposes. Whether it’s to fill an unused open fire, for garden ornamental pieces or to have a go at creating some furniture we have a wide range of seasoned hardwood and softwood. If you desire a piece to be a certain measurement then please feel free to give us a ring and we will try our best to accommodate to your specifications.
