Went all around town to try and find somewhere that demonstrated Sony Bluetooth headphones. The Sony centre was the only place that offered a demonstration! The staff were super helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Leeds Sony centre and will always try them first in future.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prices are very competitive. I bought my 49" 4K TV today and got £250 in vouchers which I used towards the 4K Blu Ray Player so it only cost me £50. Amazing!

A real waste of time. I drove into the city to use the sony store to get accessories for a xz phone , They had absolutely nothing . Just a direction to buy from the sony company directly. Whats the point in calling yourself a sony centre if you dont stock products or have the ability to order them in. This just lost you a £180.00 sale

Quite pointless place. I have been 3 times to ask for a help with Sony products and they always said to contact Sony centre helpline. They never been able to help or advice me anything. Seriously? Am I in Sony centre? 😒😕

Really poor customer service. I went in to check out headphones and listened to a few pairs and the whole time the two staff were just chatting to their friends who were also in the store. They waited until I was heading for the door before asking if I needed help. I went next door to superfi and got much better service and a much better product!

I own a Playstation 2,3,4, an Xperia Z mobile phone, 3 Sony Bravia Televisions over the years and have been truly blown away with the picture quality, good build quality and strongly made design. Upon making a decision to upgrade, I found the staff very knowledgeable and provided me with sound advice based upon my initial requirements. Also have a Sony Soundstage which I recently bought which I have been really impressed with in terms of audio quality.

I wouldn't buy any Sony products going forward. I used to trust Sony and thought it was a good, strongly made brand. I had a Sony Bravia TV, Sony Xperia Z mobile phone and tablet. All of which are failing with much shortly life span than expected. The tablet wasn't even 18 months d before it lost power and wouldn't start. It was looked after particularly well. Its now with the store I purchased it from for repair. The phone had battery drain issues. The TV won't keep all its channels and has a massive delay when attempting to scroll through channels. These products aren't what they used to be and the brand has somewhat cheapened their manufacturing methods and the life expectation for products is not very long at all. Won't buy Sony again.
