Lefitness Description
My name is Liz Elliott. I am a 'mature' female personal trainer helping a wide range of clients with fitness programmes and weight loss. I am a fully qualified sports massage and sports injuries therapist and I have a Ph. D in nutrition. I am a keen triathlete and in 2013 qualified for team GB and took part in the World Championships in Hyde Park.
I love sport and being fit and am keen to help others enjoy the benefits I do from having a healthy active lifestyle.
