started there to do a charity boxing event, never looked bk loved every minute of it, coaches made me feel so welcome from the start, it was great learning from a great set of people learning what there passionate about, I enjoyed it so much I kept the boxing up!!

Went and signed up for charity boxing event and loved every minute the training the team banter everything about this team. Has something for everybody of all levels #Quality

Was kind of a nervous a first but once there and getting involved I realised I had no trouble fitting in and been treat like the others , Sean and Niall and the other coaches should be proud !!! Great team wonderful environment great people fit right in now feel apart of something just adds to my karate :) keep up the good work lad/Ladies

Trained for two charity fights with left jab now and the training and advice is top notch big respect to all the coaches and my brothers/sisters I have met along the way. I'll be back ASAP! ���

Took part in Boxing 4 Kirkwood part 3. What a great set of people all the coaches are. What an amazing experience & amazing team x

Sean & James came to do a coaching session with 40 of our children at Lindley Out of School Club & Holiday Playscheme and the kids loved it. Plenty of fun & games to keep them busy whilst working out & learning new skills. Will definitely have them back to see us again ��

Professional, supportive, experienced and talented coaches who put on some fantastic events with great boxers. I have trained under the coaches from leftjab to do Boxing 4 Kirkwood and it was an amazing experience. Can't rate them high enough! �

I really enjoyed my session today with Sean Reynolds. I was tired with my gym routine, the motivation and results I once had were slowly draining away. Sean introduced me to several new ways of exercising which I immediately found challenging and fun as well. I had only few sessions, but already feel great. I Highly recommend Left Jab Promotions for people who want to get fit, escape from gym routine or want to start boxing

Great facilities,, quality coaching,, great place to train... backing Kirkwood B4K and the community. Love the place.

Good people good club, the classes are great and quite close to town
