Mitchell Marchant has been hard at it over the festive period managing to get some precious time on the bank and he made full use of his time! Mitchell's session got off to flyer as he bagged a stunning little scaley mirror early on in the session. Things when quiet after after that until the last knockings... Mitchell has almost finished packing his kit away (rods on the floor, as you do) when suddenly had a double take! Keeping calm and focussing o...n one fish at a time, both fish slipped over the net cord. The result... a lovely mirror and a lovely common! All 3 fish fell to single plum pop ups. Josh Pack managed to sneek in a couple of nights on a local lake during the festive period, which ended up to be quite the session! With an island out infront of him, the tactics for this session were Plum pop ups with a light scattering of 'Z-Mix Banana' freebies around the hook bait. Not only was Josh the only angler on the lake to have caught but in the end Josh landed a total of 3 fish, including a lovely lean 21lb common. Team member Shaun Byrne has just returned from a 48hr session on a local day ticket lake which hasnt produced a fish for over two weeks. With the lake having not been fished for two weeks, to say it was going to be tough is an understatement! With this in mind Shaun decided to go with solid bags on two rods, with 2 spombs of Zone boilie crumb and 12mm Zone boilies around the bag, and a bright single pop up on the 3rd. A lot of smell and attraction w...ith minimal food items to fill them up... After 24hrs with no signs of fish across the lake, Shaun cast a bright single pop up on a stiff hinged rig to the corner of a far island. In the early hours of the second morning the rod ripped off resulting in this stunning 17lb common. Good angling Shaun!

Last week Tony Bowers went for session over on Oxlease lake on the Linear complex and ended up with a right result! The lake had been fishing really hard with no fish having been caught all week, undeterred by this Tony found a swim he fancied to produce fish and went about setting up. The approach was what he would normally go in with... a single 'Carribean Cruch' dumbell bottom bait surround with a few matching freebies. Stuart Hutchinson had an eventful overnighter at Lamby lake with Mitchell Marchant over the weekend, landing 4 fish to 23.5lb and losing one at the net. The pick of the bunch is a fish called the big bellied mirror, although it looks bigger, it tipped the scales at 23lb 5oz. Two of the four fish were caught on 16mm pink dumbell wafters, fished with a pva mesh ball of 12mm plum boilies covered in plum glug, another one was caught on a 12mm plum... pop up in a solid bag of Crunch boilie crumb. Customer Ben Sparks has been out braving the cold weather at Thorney Syndicate. As darkness fell on his last session he managed to land this stunning 26lb 8oz mirror. Doing the damage for Ben on this session was a 14mm Zone pop up that had been soaking in our booster liquid, fished on a ronnie rig with a handful of 14mm 'Zone' boilies round it. Mitchell Marchant has been at it again! Mitchell has just returned from a three night session on lamby Lake... The first two nights were frustrating as there was not a fish in sight, he saw a fish show at the other end of the lake and decided to move down there for the last night. Mitchell decided to keep it simple and cast single plum pop ups to showing fish, within an hour of casting out the rod ripped off. After an epic battle, a known fish called... 'Single Scale' slipped over the net cord weighing in at 27lb. The rod ripped off again in the early hours of the morning which resulted in a fish called 'Half Moon' gracing the net at 28.4lb. A week ago few team members went a nice Birthday social session at Foxearth Fisheries. Six anglers made the trip including the boss Mike Brown and his son Micheal Jr, who didn't let a minor thing like a broken ankle stop him from angling!. There was some lovely fish caught from across the lake, but I think the highlight has to be the wind blowing the boss's brolly in to the lake! I have been using the plum about three to four years and have done very well no complaints but I have noticed that they do tend to catch the bigger fish which is what we want if you're looking to catch the big carp on any water suggest you use plum

I have been using legacy baits now for years and can confidently say it has highly improved my catch rate and average size. Last year I had 5 30+ fish backed up with several high 20s.

Hi, iv been using legacy's baits for the past 3 years and been apart of the promo team since October 2016. Iv spent the winter of 2016/17 in France fishing at Abbey lakes and used baits made by legacy. Before my trip I spoke to Mike on several occasions about my bait Requirements which he was happen to listen to so I was 100 % conferdent in my approach for my winter campaign. It was an up hill struggle at times as Abbey in the winter is a venue which 95% of the anglers use maggots but with the conference of using a good bait I stuck to my guns and used boillie throughout the winter which resulted in 16 carp to 54lb.
