Lots of rides closed for part of the day and all trains closed for the entire day. Many food outlets closed leading to long queues just to get a coffee. Appeared unprepared for what is a well known inset day as site was at capacity. Site stayed open for an hour longer but kids play area and water rides closed and this wasn't well advertised so the kids missed out on this. 2x disappointed kids. Contacted customer service who have more than made up for the experience so I have to congratulate them on some very good customer service and recovery work. When the site is busy it would be hard to do everything in one day so I would consider booking two together as I think they do deals.
What they did go on my kids loved and the theme is very good. They can't wait to go back.

Two days spent at the the theme park. Fireworks were fantastic. A few down points....certain staff were abrupt! Toilet facilities were clean....considering the amount of footfall. The amazing lego builds were a must see. Would certainly go back as the experience over all was great. A tiring two days...be prepared to some serious walking to cover it all. More public seating is needed.

Me and my family really enjoyed our day out. Highlights include jolly rocker, pirate falls and the dragon. Great rides even if a little short. Food is astronomical except the pizza/pasta bar. Miniland and star wars were excellent. If u want thriller-killer rides then this isn't the place for u. Prices are very high but that's what u would expect. Overall a great experience.

Best weekend ever! Recommend doing this as an overnight package there are some great deals and better value for money doing the park over two days, ques can be long but managed to do all the rides we wanted some more than once, the eat all you can pizza and pasta buffet is best value for money at £40 for family of four including refillable drinks! Some restaurants can be pricey. All in all definitely visiting again next year!

Very popular place. whenever we go here, place is always packed with families after families after families who, like us, bears smiling faces. It was an ordinary weekend when we visited but it sure felt like it was a bank holiday season due to the number of people about. Because if this, queue times were off the scale and if you're planning a "day visit" I'd recommend changing your plans and extend you stay. It is worth visiting and your child/children will thank you for it.

Kid's loved the resort. Would have expected more rides though. A lot of the things there were based on making money from their guests. Can't comment on the hotel's as we didn't stay in one. Having said, we didn't think the park was big enough to warrant staying in their hotel. Each to their own though.

It's the amazing staff that makes the difference. I enjoyed the day thanks to them, always looking for a chance to help and make people feel well. From the car park, to the entrance, including a new member staff in the ticket box. Everyone was a star. I understand the place is going through renovation in some areas and I'm looking forward to return. Children enjoyed. Thanks for the app to beat the queue. Highly recommended if you are visiting London.

Have been here three times. The first two times were in the Summer and the last time was on a hot day in April. We have found that getting to the park first thing in the morning helps to beat the queues. We got very cheap tickets for kids on a Times Newspaper deal and for the adults two for one on another deal. On our last time we got through five rides in the first hour and then the queued started to get longer. We enjoyed the Pirate show and the new 4 d film in the cinema. The cost of the fish and chips was high but they were very worth it. The staff we spoke to were very friendly. We enjoyed the photo opportunities with Batman and Kia. The kids enjoyed it very much.

The hotel and resort are very nice. The staff is friendly and help out as much as possible. The rooms were clean and quiet which was awesome for a good nights sleep. Breakfast is buffet style with lots to choose from. The pool is a lot of fun and for all ages. Getting 30 minutes extra in the park is great but goes by very quickly. Overall the hotel is a lot of money so it was probably a one time purchase for us and not sure if the price we paid was really worth the overall $478 we paid for one night
