Food banks serving Western Park, New Parks, Braunstone Frith, and Kirby Frith are running low on supplies.
... The Western ward councillors are organising a food drive on Thursday 14th May and each Thursday after that - contactless pickups from your property or other convenient location will be arranged.
We are in need of the following: - Canned food: especially fruit and vegetables, etc - Dry food: pasta, rice, baking goods, etc - Soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc - Sanitary supplies: pads, tampons, incontinence wear, etc
