Great Service is an understatement, I'll explain.

I had a problem with a tenant not making payment and wouldn't leave my property.

I was let down by an estate agent in Wolverhampton as they just didn't have the know how to remove a tenant and stopped managing the property when the tenant stopped paying.

Not only did Martin assist me in getting the correct legal advice and assistance. Which got the non paying tenants out of the property, he helped get contractors in to carry out all the repair works to re-let it as as possible.



Is there any agent like that in town? No.



On top of that Martin only charged me a management fee once the property was let. ­¤Öī­¤ÅĮ Hands down best agent in town.
