Reception staff kept us waiting whilst gossiping. The vet didnt give us any explanation as to illness, even after tests but found costly problems which we didnt even ask about, which were completely unnecessary but still urged to have treatment. I went to a different vet in Woodbridge for a proper consultation who explained everything in full, and diagnosed an irreversable, life altering illness they had completely missed. Im angry i wasted time when my poor kitties outcome may have been different.
