We were at Norton Park for a 40th birthday celebration which included a 1 hour treatment. I had Amy and I can honestly say it was the best scrub and back massage I’ve ever had. Feeling so relaxed and chilled out. Thank you thank you.

We booked early and went there on 18 May a group of 4 girlies all having the Package "Your Little Slice of Heaven" we received an excellent service 2 treatments in the morning and 2 in the afternoon with a 3 course meal at lunchtime with a choice from the buffet. We had full use of steam room, sauna, pool, hot beds, relaxation room. Lockers were limited but I was assured there was another locker room if needed. Overall we all had a great day and would recommend it.. it was the best massage I have ever had and my friends all said the same.. we are definitely go back there.

Just been to Norton with my friend for a pamper day we were greeted at the reception area by the spa manager Lisa who was so friendly,we then chilled out and relaxed in the pool area,I had an amazing relaxing massage with Lisa, will definitely be coming back.

Iv stayed at Norton Park Hotel and Spa nearly every year for the past 8 years and i go back because i love it and will continue to go back...the tranquillity of the spa and Hotel in its beautiful country side grounds make you feel so relaxed...The staff are freindly and the spa area is just amazing...I have just returned from a weekend Spa break package for a Hen Party for 13 ladies which i organised...the whole experience from arrival to departure was amazing..Ellie who manages the bar couldnt have done more to arrange tables and drinks for us in the conservatory area of the bar...Definately the best Spa Break Hotel around...Well done Norton Park..

Have just got back from a spa afternoon. Was great. Any who did my massage was amazing. Best I’ve ever had, my shoulders aren’t aching anymore!

We have arrived home after a stay with 3 other girls for a spa break. Booked 3 months ago and was looking forward to coming here again. You did not disappoint us! Our rooms were ready on arrival, so we checked in.

Lovely buffet lunch, hot and cold food.

Spa treatments were booked ahead and did not disappoint either. Amy was my lovely therapist, fabulous and relaxing. Would love to attend again!

Dinner was fab and sweet we all had sticky toffee pud n ice cream it was superb!

Breakfast was plenty of choice, so thank you all! Staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble �

The treatment and spa was amazing! Nice people, couldnt do enough for you in the spa. However, not enough staff on in the rest of the hotel. Were waiting ages for reception and bar. Food was amazing when it arrived. Would highly recommend you get pool time early afternoon, once it is open to the kids, it gets hectic! Treatment was perfect and really relaxing.

May 10th midweek this was my third visit to norton park I would recommend their spa day its certainly one of the better spas that I have been to always very welcoming arrived early the pool was being used for aqua gym so they gave me a ticket to get a coffee and pastries which was an unexpected start to the day and very nice to . Plenty of loungers around the pool steam room and sauna I had to myself pool was just the right temp then lovely lunch and returned for wonderful relaxing back and shoulder massage followed by facial and head massage x x then to the relaxation room to chill out ( only thing missing was music ) that would have made the experience perfect 👌 thank you norton park staff see you again soon

Looking bit tired but a very relaxing spa and well equipped gym. Quite limited facilities but great for a girlie catch up or time with the partner In such beautiful surroundings. We combined with a meal at the hotel - a bit pricey but very tasty.

I thought the reflections spa was lovely , the pool area was clean and plenty of beds and when I had my treatments they were amazing and I felt well looked after and very relaxed so would highly recommend the spa and the hotel

Had a lovely mother /daughter day at the spa my 1st time at the Reflections Spa & Health Club . My Beauty therapist called Amy was so gentle and polite which help me relax such a lovely girl. The Brown bath robes looked very worn and need replacing with nice new ones. Staff appeared to be friendly and helpful . Would recommend the health club to others .

Very disorganized. There was only ever one person on reception. Towels and robes were not ready for our arrival. We were not well informed about the day.

One of the beauticians didn't even know what treatment one of our ladies was booked in for, although the receptionist had already confirmed this. The pool was out of action for the first hour. The pool area could do with a bit of spruce up. It looks tired and when going for a spa day, you want luxury. On a positive note, the lunch was amazing. Would i go back, no, I think there are better spa's out there.

This was my 2nd visit to this spa, the first time was mid week so it was fairly quiet. We booked for my friends birthday, and to be honest I prob won't go back again. Service was very slow, food was running out before the end of the lunch service and the waitress was literally hovering over us to take our plates which made us feel rushed! Drinks were mixed up I ended up with water and orange juice instead of lemonade then it took 20mins to get another one.....the massage however I had no complaints.....We actually spent more time out in sun than in the spa.....won't be going back again!

Staff are lovely- therapists, waiters, everyone. Good general value.

Downfalls are not enough beds in spa area, changing area/locker space not sufficient for spa capacity and for some reason the spa smelt really bad....

second time staying here and will undoubtedly go back due to location. But some improvements could be made.

Lunch selections ran out and weren't readily refreshed. Evening meal starter very overpriced. Nail file and polish - polish lasted less than 3 hours before it was coming away and fading on ends. Bar cold and uninviting. We took our drinks to our room. Evening meal staff appeared to be trainees. We had a lovely time together but hotel not great and I agree it's not much of a spa.

We went on Sunday 9th April - yesterday for my birthday, we had difficulty getting a locker in the small changing rooms, the beds around the pool were full and lunch was limited, the waitress literally stood over us waiting to take our plates! Due to the spa being full and no beds and over crowded we went to the bar in the main reception, after approx 20min wait at the bar we were told all the beer pumps were down.. the poor barman looked excususted, don't think I'll be returning

This was my 2nd visit to Norton Park Spa for my friends birthday. I must say I was left very disappointed. On arrival we thought we would receive coffee & pastry just like we had before. To find out this was not in our package! (was before).

We paid an extra £10 each being a weekend but what they failed to inform us is how busy it will be. So for an extra £10 there were NO lockers, NO loungers avaliable. Even in the relaxation room there were NO beds avaliable. So if you weren't in the pool, sauna or steam room you were stuffed!!

On a positive note the massage treatment was very good.

In the end we went down to the bar to wait 20mins for a drink. Very dissatisfied & will not return for a 3rd visit.

My best friend booked us both a spa day through groupon (£7 each) all I can say is, I'm so glad she didn't pay any more then that. Upon arrival we waited a good 10 minutes before we were spoken to at reception, we received towels and were given a voucher for our 'tea or coffee with a pastry'. Once changed we entered the pool area where we noticed a horrible green sludgy substance on the floor (I think green mould from the pool), paint and tiles chipped on walls and within the steam room. We then had to pay £7 for a robe and slippers so we could go and get our coffee and pastry as we either needed to wear a robe or to get fully changed, which we didn't want to do to then re enter the pool area. Our pastries had quite clearly been sat there all day as they were tough and chewy. When we returned to the pool area, there were lots of children making lots of noise and just being children. Now, I don't mind children at all and I do not have a problem with them having fun but, when you go for a nice relaxing 'spa day' it's the last thing you would expect to find. As you read this you may think, you only paid £7 each and for what we received it was a good price. I am writing this so people who are paying a lot of money for their spa experience, do not get disappointed and are fully aware of what they are getting for the price they are paying.
