Leisure Direct

Leisure Direct is an independent Letchworth based Charity for adults with a learning disability who live in the Stevenage or North Hertfordshire area.

Leisure Direct is an independent charity offering sport and leisure activities for members who are adults with a learning disability and live in the North Herts or Stevenage area. The activities, offered with volunteer support for a safe environment, enable vulnerable adults to learn new skills, improve their self-esteem, build a social network and access community life they may otherwise not experience. Families and carers have respite and community awareness is increased as Leisure Direct works towards a more tolerant and inclusive society.
