Great advice and great service from all of the staff at the Cheltenham store especially Pete, obviously
so knowledgeable about mountain biking, backed up by practical skills. Also a shop that would rather
Lose a sale than sell you a bike that they are not happy with. Exceptional service, go and buy your bike there!

Booked bike in to remove a seized seat post, which they managed to do and kept me informed about collecting it. Generally only pick up bits and bobs from them, adequate range of parts and they have ordered in some parts in especially for me.

They booked me in for the wrong day, fitted me in for the day after. Would have been okay if they actually fixed the bike.
They changed the chainrings, cassette and chain but I was still hearing noises from the cassette area. I went back in another couple of times showing that there was still an issue but they just said stuff like "that's the noise a Shimano chain makes" and "this is why you'd go for dura-ace" and "it's within our tolerance". I went back a third time and showed them the cassette was actually wobling (worn freehub) which was actually one of the problems I took it in for and they told me I was right and that they can't check everything and that wasn't part of a silver service!! They told me that they could do it but I would have to pay for parts and labour. Very poor experience - take your business elsewhere - these guys have no attention to detail both in booking appointments or in fixing bikes.

Called Leisure Lakes Cheltenham Thursday afternoon (the 16th March) explained the problem. I took the bike in next day, as agreed.
They text me Sunday midday (19th) having replaced my Cannondale bottom bracket complete.
I recommend Leisure Lakes after sales service to any one who wants un fussed, first class service without the overinflated price tag. Test them any way you choose, I did, and they delivered on all levels.

Been in twice both times staff have been aloof and determined to be unhelpful. Have the bike I want but Im buying elsewhere now.

My son bought a road bike from the Cheltenham store. Staff couldn't be more helpful during the visit. He tried different bikes for size before, 1 hour later, he chose his trusty mount. Getting the bike home, we noticed some damage. We took some photos to provide to LL but they simply asked to hring the bike in. They looked at it and called my son to say they would replace the frame. He left it with them and it was completed within5 days (bearing in mind the frame had to be bought in from Cannondale). I cannot fault the level of service during and after the purchase and we are immensely grateful to all the staff we dealt with.

Bought two bikes from these guys over the past few years, always knowledgeable and friendly. Good customer service.
