I love this place, they sell some really good clothing and accessories at competitive prices. Found the click and collect service really timely, never takes more than a couple of days for them to get stuff in if it isn’t on the shelf.

Pretty disappointing experience. Awful music playing loud, made me just want to leave. Bought some clothes and glasses, took over 15 minutes to complete the transaction -they couldn’t find the stuff on their system. Then not offered the case that came with the glasses and took for ever to find it. Staff sullen and not welcoming. I won’t return. Long Eaton store

Nottingham store. Built up new P1 Trek Madone, regardless of the fact I'd purchased frame and parts elsewhere. They did a fantastic job, taking care on every aspect of the build, giving advise where needed and also (quite rare these days for a LBS) finishing for me to ride when promised.

Incredible bunch of guys, I'll be back for a service on my Cannondale & Trek bikes again very soon.

Excellent service - called in to see if they could repair a wheel (broken spoke and buckled), expecting to leave it with them to collect the following week. One of the mechanics took it away and 15mins later he was back with the wheel fully repaired. Very happy customer.

Fantastic service department, vast product range. Brilliant for every day maintenance items as well as big price components and bikes.
Some items might not be in stock but can usually get in within a few days.

Unlike other local bike shops parking here is easy and free. Slightly out of town its also very easy to access, even during rush hour.
Late night opening 1 day a week adds to convenience

If I could choose ZERO stars I would...went in to purchase a inner tube after getting a flat. Was told a tubeless kit for not much more would be suitable for my rims & tyres. Fitted the kit...no luck...problem with seating the tyres. Went back to be told tyres "weren't suitable" for a tubeless kit. But can sell you these tyres for £30 which are. 2 hours I was in the shop (having driven 20 miles from home already). So having added £30 to the inital kit cost I wasn't happy (but non the less it's done) for only to go to pay and my bill be double what I was quoted "yes it's £30 per tyre"...(but I didn't say that). So what initally should have cost £20...ended up costing £80.

NOT IMPRESSED. In future please make customers aware of how much things will cost and be a little more reserved of what will and WON'T be suitable for there bicycle.

Lack of professionalism and utter incompetence. Won't be recommending or using again as you can probably tell.

UPDATE: After sending an email regarding the situation the manager of the shop has been in contact and agreed to refund some of the bill. He has hopefully restored my faith in the shop with this good will guesture and I'm confident this sort of thing will not happen again.

Got a hardtail mtb from here early 2016. Sales process was quick, the price fair and when I returned for my bike it was running smooth with all items I'd purchased at the same time fitted to the bike. Been back for 6 week and 6 month services and have also had 1 or 2 mechanical issues and each time I've been back the service has been great. The staff have provided useful advice and are very knowledgeable. The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes you are left waiting a quite a while for service. I fully recommend this bike shop.
