Went there with my Hubby & our 11yr old son & 5m old daughter. Son has asthma & baby has SVT(linked with Ishmaeic stroke) the water was too cold for both. Thankfully our son was active & we had our baby in a wetsuit to keep her warm. Could do with a few more showers. Apart from them few issues we all had a good time & the lady serving us friendly also. We will be back again.

We had a great time, although there should be at least 2 people in the kiosk/coffee shop so people aren’t freezing waiting for their keys whilst people in front are ordering lots of coffees/drinks

Our first visit and as we were lucky to go on a school day term time it wasn't busy and we managed to go on everything over and over again. Water is cold though. Staff are lovely and helpful, we will go again and if it's off peak time I would recommend it. We stayed over 90mins without having to queue for anything.

We went today and was whilst it was ‚Äúok‚ÄĚ disappointed on a couple of things....the pool was so cold! We have been several times before and never been that cold! The over head water things in the pool with the wave machine wasn‚Äôt working, and we were in there well over half hour before we had to ask if the wave machine was working! For what you pay for admission wasn‚Äôt up to scratch this time!

Very busy, dirty changing areas full smelly bins. Pool water cold, only half of the fun water things were working. Very expensive for a family with the quality we received. Shame as we travelled a long way to visit. Will look for other venues for swimming fun next time ÔŅĹ

Took my teenage son and his friend. They had a great time but I felt it was expensive and incredibly crowded! If we had gone as a family of 4 it would have been too expensive to do.

After having my daughters birthday party at leisure world Highwoods today there certainly needs to a few things addressed! No details sent the person having the party on what happens on the day, just a payment receipt. No communication from staff if you could find a member. Guests arriving with no idea where to even find the party. Your terms and conditions need a serious re look at. I work in customer service and have received absolutely zero!

Very frustrating phone system, all I want to know is if you have to book swimming with absolutely no information on the website. I have tried calling over 10 times today with no answer and being directed to voicemail. No one has called back. All you are told to do is book via the website or app well there is nowhere on either to book swimming sessions!

Very disappointed.. they don’t offer what they sale. I brought a membership that cost £40.99 a month. I had not been send or given any welcome pack. The people from the reception does not try to help you in any way. They look fed up and rude. They don’t wish to tell to their name. The classes are okay but if you manage to get in to any class ( yoga and pilates are hard to get in to) they told me because they popular. I wish I had read the reviews before I’ve joined. I did not felt welcomed at all.

The pool was cold really cold. Most people with babies had to use the Jacuzzi just for a more bearable temperature. It was quite unpleasant. Our poor baby who loves water hated it. Not a great afternoon out and not exactly cheap!! Asked the receptionist what the temperature was.. 30 degrees apparently???!!!

Receptionist, useless, rude, not helpful and when you call them up instead you get the same thing. Most of the time they don't even answer the phone or call back and when you go in they are not that busy.

I went leisure world today with my 12 week old baby girl, I was planning to take her once a week however I dont think I will use this one as the pools have a massive change in temperature!! Even the hot tub was cold so the experience with a baby was awful very disappointed and I'm not entirely sure why the pools temperatures have dropped but I will not be bringing her Again until it's sorted.

£16.00 for two adults and two children for the teaching pool for an hour !

And the government wonder why there is so many Obese children, rip off!

Won’t be making a visit anytime soon. My son was refused entry to adult and toddler swim for being under 16, he’s 2 months off 16, and was helping me look after my two babies. If he was trying to go in without a toddler I could understand this, but when he was with a toddler and another adult with a toddler I can’t see what the issue is. Staff were unfriendly including the duty manager.

Was very disappointed with leisure world today. You cannot expect people to pay full price and only have 1 hour actually in the pool? After queuing for the slides you would have basically used up all your time. Needs a new system but clearly just wants a rotating system that they can achieve the most money.

Terrible telephone service. Attempted to contact numerous times and was put on hold then cut off more than 6 occasions. No reply on leaving a message or on email contact. Frustrated is an understatement!
