In total we raised £33.17 for BBC Children in need from your generous donations. We had 22 ticket entries, (£22.00 raised) and donations of £11.17 for non ticket entries. Many thanks to Kieran Mead our resident Pudsy Bear for drawing the ticket and dressing up in a VERY hot fluffy onesie all day in the shop.

Fish & Chips raffle will be on Friday - £1.00 a ticket!

Children in need - We are doing a raffle for winners to receive a free meal. Tickets are £1.00 each. All proceeds will be donated to children in need. Tickets will be drawn on Friday at 1PM. We also have a collection pot in the shop for donations for those who are feeling generous.

Although there was a bit of a wait last night our chips were lovely and fresh and the batter on the sausage was really good.

Went in last night 6.40 ordered 1 chicken and small chips and 1 oap fish and chips yes you were busy was told 15 minute wait thats fine as were lots of others waiting for there orders probably better to have more chips on the go as you seemed to be running out of them one lady asked for a refund as her rest of order was at the back going cold the girl serving me started to put vinegar on my chicken and chips and when i said no vinegar only salt she snapped back it say salt and vinegar here so don't have a go at me funny that as i only had salt on my fish and chips probably won't be back unless you sort yourselves out

Had a chicken burger from here a month or so back..chips were uncooked and burger was expensive for what it was..bun was horrid and stale. Tonight I have had cod and chips.. chips are not cooked yet again and the batter on the fish is a soggy mess..it's inedible! Wont be coming again! I would rather wait a few minutes longer and have food that's cooked how it should be..don't just serve it to get it out..make sure it's gonna be enjoyed. Few less customers for u to serve now

Been going now for at least once a week. Totally gone downhill. Burnt chips. Exploded savaloy and had to wait over half an hour which seems to be the average time for months.have heard same from many people. Pls sort it before it's too late. Afraid won't be going again until it is.
