We went on Saturday the 22 Apr 17. It was our first time there with our 20 month old twin girls after being recommended by a friend with 4yr old twins. After reading some of the bad reviews I must say we didn't have any of those problems. There were always 1-2 members of staff in the toddler area where the street and cars etc were. They were constantly monitoring the play area and ensuring it was kept clean and tidy. Not once was there any issue with children that shouldn't have been in that age group area. My wife and I were very impressed and will definitely go again and look forward to when our girls are older and can enjoy the rest of the excellent facilities you have! Well done!!!

User

We often visit lemur landings, my kids are 8 and 4 but they both love it as it targets a good age range. You can guarantee my son will be in the air gun or football part and my daughter!!!! Well anywhere she is 4

My son had a party there 2 years ago and loved it, the staff bent over backwards for all the kids, party bags were good (one less job for me) and it was great for the parents to have a room away from the chaos to talk in while our little ones tired themselves out.

User

We had my 7 year olds phaser party here last night which usually I would be dreading but I was blown away it - such an amazing party and the young boy who was the host was 110% great made sure the kids knew what they were doing and really interacted with them - the first party we have had where I could relax and the host do it all - we paid £20 a head which after booking thought it was expensive but now after the party I didn’t mind paying. Having the whole play centre to yourself which the kids loved also the digi wall was opened up for us which was not included in the price but they opened at the end of the party - would definitely recommend the phaser party to everyone

5 for centre

5 for the hosts

5 for the chicken nuggets

User

We had a little lemurs party for our four year old daughter today.

I cannot rate the staff venue or party room highly enough.

Despite numerous parties going on nothing was too much trouble, our host was amazing and so on the ball it was really simple for us (Thanks Emily O x)

We ordered hot food for the kids and sandwich platters and chips for the adults.

All came out hot and tasty just what we all needed after playing in the soft play area.

Party room was clean bright and cheery balloons were blown up and made into animals whilst the kids ate.

They supplied a knife for the cake to be cut and honestly couldn't do anymore to help so awesome.

They also dealt with providing allergy free foods like a boss

Really went the extra mile.

Highly highly recommend parties here

So much fun and an absolute breeze x

My daughter attended a Ted Shed party today. The girls running it were absolutely fantastic. We have been to a fair few parties over the years where you get a "host" and are left to it. They were great with the kids and did everything. Even the young guys on the climbing walls were very enthusiastic with the kids at 5pm you could tell they actually enjoyed their jobs! The party was amazing my daughter is so happy with her police penguin and had an amazing time playing there. I honestly don't know how people complain about the price to get in, I think for the amount of stuff inside it's great value, there is no where quite like it in the area. We will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you :-)

User

My 2 year old and I went for the first time today and got in at a reduced rate for the toddler morning which was great. All the staff we encountered were helpful, polite and cheerful which makes a nice change. All the areas (including toilets) were clean and the tables kept free from used trays etc. The only criticism I have in this department is that after a few hours the area by the sinks in the toilets became quite wet from hand washing and socks got a bit wet (yes, should wear shoes to toilet but little one needed to go and shoes were in locker).

I think that after the refurbishment, the newly increased entrance fee is justifiable in that there are extras such as the 'ropes' course and climbing wall which would probably incur an additional charge in other places. The toddler area is brilliant and well thought out, as in most large indoor play areas these are normally an afterthought and very basic.

We had a brilliant time and will definitely be back again.

User

Came here today and I am honestly very impressed..we was spoilt for choice and had an awesome time. I agree with previous comments that the prices shouldn't be as high especially for accompanied adults. We also ate which was also quite pricey, but previous comments saying they want high quality food is unfair, there are plenty of restaurants around with qualified chefs for that, regardless the food was decent and nothing at all wrong with it. To people saying it wasn't clean, we found everything was clean and even when other people left there was a member of staff clearing the tables and cleaning the tables within minutes.

User

Brilliant! Visited today for my children’s birthday party’s and couldn’t be more happy! Service from all staff was brilliant, cost was brilliant & food was brilliant! The staff couldn’t be more helpful! Thank you to our party host Gemma for making the children’s day so good! Very clean and tidy! Staff all over, making sure everything was running smoothly. So much to do, the children with us were from 2-8 years old an they were all kept occupied & had so much to do! Will definitely be returning x

User

My 4yo little boy loves this soft play since the new changes that's why I gave it a 4* however the first time we went was when staff were still being trained to observe and help kids on the climbing walls straight away my little boy was all the way up to the top of the big climbing wall and had quite a few goes as he loved it...then the next time we visited I was told my son couldn't use this wall as he was too light and didn't meet up to the weight restrictions! He was really upset that he couldn't use it that time but did before and I was left feeling very confused as to why he wasn't weighed the first time for his own safety! Luckily nothing bad had happened.

User

Very Good for older children but disappointed with the things to do for my 1 year old, they have a baby part but it's always full of older children and they keep knocking her over! also the price for a just turned 1 year old was £6 then £1.50 for myself! Only just moved to this area and all the soft play back in north Wales are free for under 2 year olds and adults and the facilities for them are much better. Knock down the prices and keep older kids to the bigger areas and it would be much better also girls on the front desk could of been a bit more welcoming and polite.

User

I turned up with my 4 year old grandson on Friday Morning 15/06/18 for the first time in 2 years. I always used to take him there when I was baby sitting for him. I was disapointed on the day. I paid just over £10 for him only to find the soft ball cannons were not working and when we got inside there was no one working on the new climbing area so we couldn't go on that either! I stayed as my grandson wanted too but I think the cost was over the top as the 2 things we would have used were not working! Always enjoyed this place in the past but I think you could have put the price down on the day seeing those 2 things were not working!

User

I do agree with what people are saying about it being over priced! I DO NOT agree that you should pay for new born babies and parents taking there children. I think that really does take the ****. Definitely only intetested in making money. I have been a few times and sometimes it is absolutely filthy and others ok. There should be more staff around play area instead of gossiping and messing around in the cafe like I see everytime. We orded 2 hot chocolates which were stone cold, when I went to ask for new ones, the staff ( which by the way couldn't inefficient been no older than 17, which shows there maturity ) were messing around behind the counter and had to asked to be served.

User

Frequently visited by us,because it is close and cleaner than the Poole Park Ark and my kids are not sick within 48h after they attended.

I don't know if the management team changed, but the quality of the toys and their state leaves a lot to wish for when you pay £17.50 per visit.

Toys don't look like they are cleaned regularly.

Lately the place itself looks like it has not been cleaned - look at the cobwebs and the floor .

My kids used to go there and come back with 'clean' socks, now they are dirty in a matter of moments.

We've been going there for 2 years now and I still see most of the toys I saw 2 years ago.

Previously I didn't have to buy food for my kids, but on a few occasions I did and I regret.

It does not take a genius to make chips, yet they are always overdone, once they were so overdone they should be called crisps!

The menu choices leave a lot to wish and the food is (I assume) made by the staff on site whom none is a proper cook.

A while ago I would give a 5* review.

User

Visited today with a 3 year old, £10.70 mid week to find that not only was it pretty grotty, the cafe extremely slow (barely any customers) the full access to attractions wasn’t even available. They can’t even provide a proper table and chairs to sit at, they give you foldable plastic ones. Yes I could have sat up the top but I was with a young one I didn’t want to sit completely out of eyesight from so had no choice but to sit on these ridiculously uncomfortable chairs. (That I’d paid to sit on nonetheless). What exactly do the parents get charged £1.50 for?! It’s not like I can let a 3 year old enter by himself so I’ve got no option but to pay?!

User

Very expensive for what it is, £6 for my 1 year old and not much for him to do to be honest. Place was filthy, food all over the floor, tables full of dirty plates and rubbish. No staff around to keep an eye on the older kids who just run around knocking all the little ones over. Staff on the door quite rude and unhelpful, just stood chatting amongst themselves. Wouldn't recommend and won't be going back.

User

This place is dreadful value for 12-24 month olds. Took my 16 month old twins today, it cost £15 (£6 each for the boys and £1.50 per adult - how you have the nerve to charge entrance for adults who have to be there with their toddlers is beyond me). There was only one very small soft play area that was safe for them to use - only one of them can walk, and the next level up was overrun with older kids so not safe for them. They'd had enough after 30 mins.

The main area for older kids looks brilliant, but that's a maximum £8.50 per child, and there's so much more for the older kids to do. The pricing strategy is just completely wrong, and means we won't be back until they're much older. If you're going to charge so much for under 2s, there needs to be much more space and equipment suitable for them, otherwise it's just ridiculous. The role play area and ride ons etc are unlikely to be used by under 2s, especially when busy, so it really is that one tiny soft play room with a few blocks and a bubble tank. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for toddlers, although for older kids it would be more worthwhile.

User

New shiny equipment is nice and clean but needs more staff particularly in climbing area. Would expect them to be able to pay more staff for the highest priced soft play we've ever been to (£10 for 1 child and 1 adult). We arrived at 10.30 and got told we'd be kicked out at 1.30 which is a little annoying as would have eaten here except it would now waste limited play time. We have been here 1 hour so far and haven't even been on the soft play... still queuing on the climbing section! Spoken to 2 members of staff who have just given excuses and won't extend our time to play. Won't be coming back unfortunately due to lack of customer servive and don't think there's any value for the money at all :(

User

Visited today and was really disappointed. Charged £2 for my newborn baby?! My three year old was rammed into by much older children in the role play area who also snatched the cars from him every time he attempted to get on one. We were handed two tickets by the girl on admissions with no explanation as to what they were for, despite me saying we had never visited. I was stuck attempting to work the lift for ten minutes and called and buzzed for help - no-one came so I had to drag my pram up flights of stairs. Thankfully one of your members of staff did help me eventually to lift it up. It was only then at the toddler climbing wall bit that a member of staff said I needed a code to use the lift which I could get from the cafe - how can I get up to the cafe to ask for the code if I'm there alone with a pram and can't get up the stairs in the first place?!? Would have helped if the downstairs toilet was not on a special disabled key so mums alone with prams can use it. There were tons of dirty plates everywhere and the high chairs were filthy. I had a really horrible time and paid £9.50 for it - definitely won't be back again!

User
