This is what independent business is all about .. Fantastic food, drink selection and atmosphere. Most of all the you can see the guys that run this place do it with a lot of love and attention to detail. I recommend!

Cocktails, beers or wine - solid selection. Food / nibble options are delectable and definitely satisfying in terms of taste. The place is open-planned and well designed. Nice clientele and service was great.

Starters were a knockout - mushrooms on toast were the star. Mains were great and portions pretty big. Wines by the glass are among the best I've had, really nice selection.

Great local spot, went on Sunday evening it was quite empty but the atmosphere and service was brilliant. The roast was also wonderful and good value for money. Will be returning soon. Interested in the wine tasting too.

Every element was disappointing, there is a reason burrata and pineapple isn't a thing and then my main course was the size of an anorexic child's portion; the waitress didn't think to point this out. A 'rare' steak turned up incinerated. I wanted a pudding after such a miserable main course but just couldn't handle the prospect of further let down. Also expecting fresh cutlery between courses was asking too much.

Thank you L'Entrepot for being consistently amazing. It's hard to stand out from all the great places in Hackney but this place ticks all the boxes - top food, top service and the prices are perfectly reasonable. Highly recommended.
