After a long and difficult consultation with our team we have taken the decision to close Leonard Dews from 4pm on Monday 23rd March, until further notice.
... This decision has been taken in line with the retail industries across the United Kingdom, but most importantly, with the health and well-being of our team and customers at its very heart.
Leonard Dews has traded in the heart of Blackpool for 143 years and will continue to do so, but for the time being we will be operating online with our sales teams available to answer any and all questions via email, website chat and social media.
We are taking this time to enhance your experience with us; working on a new website, developing new jewellery collections and ensuring seamless practices across all aspects of our company. We are also focusing on brand training, jewellery qualifications and further development of our in-store appraisal offering, to ensure that once we return to normal, we continue to offer the very best knowledge and service in the north of England.
As a small business we ask for your support. Please continue to ask questions, search our website for your dream watches and jewellery, and follow us on social media. Our team will still be available.
We are still operating our online store and are offering free delivery across all lines*. We will aim to run this for as long as we are able, or until the government regulations are changed. We do ask that you allow us a little more time to get the goods to you. We will be working with very few members of the team at a time so some things may take a little longer.
We can also reserve items for you so please email or chat to us and we will make sure your item is reserved and ready to purchase when you are available.
Alternatively, why not purchase a gift card? For the foreseeable future we have extended our vouchers to have a two year validity period.
Leonard Dews is a family-owned business and our team is at the very centre of that family. We will be doing everything we can as an organisation to ensure that they are happy and healthy throughout this uncertain time and look forward to the time when we’re back laughing together in the shop.
