What can I say... I took my fiance for the first time on Friday. Iv been before and I thoughly enjoyed the meal, so wanted him to experience it for himself. He usually says what he thinks, no matter what lol, and he said how lovely the meal was and the service was great! There was was a small wait as it was busy, but that just shows how popular it is (and it was 1pm). I'd definitely recommend to anyone to take a visit, you'd definitely want to visit again!

Went for food on Saturday 17th March before going to city hall. I’ve been a few times before but my husband hadn’t so we decided to go had to book as always busy but very well worth it, amazing food and very well oiled team with Lee at the helm they all worked well together including the kitchen team who we could see from or table. Have recommended this place to plenty of people even the out-laws who regularly eat out with fussy friends whom I could safely say will absolutely love the food and atmosphere. CAN’T FAULT IT.😀😀

Went for a meal last friday was my first visit and it was quite busy, waiters were very friendly got me sat down and ordered my meal. The service was very quick for how busy it was (i got the 2nd to last table available for eating), my meal arrived quicker than most places i've been to before and the food was amazing will definitely have to come back again for the pulled pork that was a great sized portion for the price highly recommended!!

We dropped into Leonardo's for a spot of Saturday lunch. We were immediately impressed by the warm friendly welcome. I chose a prawn and crayfish salad which turned out to be monster plate of delicious seafood! Unlike some other places the salad/seafood mix was very well balanced. You didn't just get a plate of salad with the odd bit of seafood chucked in, this really was a seafood delight! Sally had a Lincolnshire sausage ciabatta which she thoroughly enjoyed although there was a tad to much bread for her appetite, next time she's going to ask for it to be open. We accompanied our meal with an excellent Pinot Grigio. The whole Bill came to less than £20 a head which only added to the pleasure. We shall certainly be coming again and would quite happily commend it to anyone.

Visited for the first time today. It was such a lovely day so we sat outside by the water. The seats were comfortable with umbrellas for those who want shade. We stopped off initially on a coffee crawl to check out some places for the first time. The coffees were very reasonable and pretty good too. We went shopping then decided to return for another drink. One of us ordered a sandwich which normally comes with chunky (extremely chunky) chips and some coleslaw, but they shared the sandwich between two plates and gave us a small helping of coleslaw and chunky chips each without requesting it. It was lovely of them to do this for us off their own back. (Wensleydale cheese & chutney sandwich with chips & coleslaw - £4.95). All the staff we encountered were all very polite, friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place and we would definitely come back. Dogs are welcome in the outside enclosure. Smoking is not allowed in the outside enclosure which is a bonus too! �

Visited a couple of times and each time the food was absolutely amazing. Staff are so helpful and polite, cannot recommend enough.

Very good food, friendly staff. Will certainly return in the future. The Fish wraps are worth trying..

My wife and toddler had lunch here yesterday, Saturday lunch time. It seems a very popular place. The food and service was excellent and we will definitely be dining here again. I do recommend people try this establishment �

Met with a friendly greeting, sat within a few minutes. Staff attentive, orders taken promptly drinks arrived a few moments later. Food first class, filling and value for money. Birthday meal with friends.

I went for lunch with my grandaughter the service we recieved was 1st class very polite young lady . The young man with tattoo on arm was wonderful . He came and apologise for the wait and removed the drink off the bill , and we never even complained just a shame we never asked there name's plus the food was lovely xx

So myself and a friend with our two babies both in prams obviously came here on the 9th may at about 12.45 to have some lunch as it was a beautiful day we thought we would sit out side so we thought we would be out the way in a corner ok I did stack some chairs to try and accommodate us and our prams we did get in when one of your rude staff came out and said can I now put my chairs back so I thought she was joking so I laughed and said oh sorry we was trying to get in well again hard faced said well I'll be losing custom (which I appreciate that) but for her to speak to us like that is discussing so I said if u could see us struggling why didn't she come and help us to which she said it wasn't her job so at this point I said to my friend I didn't want to eat here for which your member of staff mutterd something and u said if I brought a member of my family in a wheel chair would she off helped she said yes so I said what is the difference in helping someone again she back chatted

I just thought u should no you have rude employees and that is not acceptable to have when you deal with the public

Sat outside for some drinks, the manager stood talking with someone on a motorbike and the fumes made us and other customers move as we were eating and drinking. We told another member of staff as were unhappy, and the manager came in and shouted at us and told us off for making a comment about this, and really aggressive!! an unpleasant environment and staff. Really enjoyed this place until this experience

Had the worst experience. Sat outside for drinks when a motorbike parked next to the seating area started the engine, we waited a while for the bike to go but they guy was chatting to a member of staff. After 5 minutes of being gassed out by bike fumes we decided to move (as did other customers) but we also decided to make a complaint to a waitress explaining why we needed to move because we could barely breathe next to the bike fumes - you'd think this was a fair complaint but apparently not. The member of staff who was talking to his friend on the bike came over to tell us off for complaining! We apparently should have been more considerate of his "2 second" conversation with his friend because he'd not seen in a long time and that we were being unfair in making a complaint. It took a full argument with the guy, which made us feel very uncomfortable. A word of advice for staff there: if you're not actually apologising for the poor experience a customer has had, just don't bother speaking to them at all. Don't passive aggressively tell them they had no right to complain. Will not be returning ever. Just unbelievably the rudest staff.
