What price would you put on your child's wellbeing? I run classes for children weeknights. Each class has a topic from confidence building, self esteem, stress, anxieties, anger management and lots more. 60 mins of activities, learning new skills, sharing stories with others, turn taking, social skills etc. All for £10.00 per child. Each class has a maximum of 8 children with a Certificates of achievement. Booking advised. St Helens town centre location

Wow, I saw Les to help with my anxiety. As someone that is studying hypnotherapy I had an idea of the possible outcomes, none of which come close to what I achieved with the guidance from Les.



4 years plus with debilitating anxiety and after 1 session I am totally anxiety free, the day after my session I was able to do things that I hadn't done since the onset of the anxiety.



On top of being an amazing hypnotherapist Les is such a lovely and understanding person, whilst remaining professional throughout, it was me that dictated the atmosphere enabling me to feel totally at ease.



On a personal note, thank you so much for giving me my life back Les, I am now a stronger better version of my old self.

What a lovely, welcoming person Les is! This was my first past life regression and I was a little anxious but Les made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend her enough and I will definitely be going back soon to see more of my past life. What a lovely, beautiful past life I had!
