Disaster starts when you move out. They do whatever they can to steal your deposit. When we moved out we cleaned the property better than how it was when we moved in. Shockingly they said it wasn't clean enough and charged us for that. They never could show documentation, not photos or invoice from a cleaning company that shows they have used one penny for the cleaning after us.

Also I paid full price of a cooker (I confess that some MINOR damages was my fault). First they wanted to charge me double price of a new cooker. When I found the price of the same model on the internet, they accepted it with the condition that I get the old cooker in return or they show me the receipt that shows they have really replaced it. They took the money and now after 4 months I still havn't heard from them.

I have lived in renting house whole my life, moved at least 5 times in the past 10 years (due to work and education). Never had to pay for unsatisfactory cleaning.

Be super careful about your deposit !!! Or even better, don't rent from these guys.

Shocking behaviour from these 'people', don't rent, don't buy,don't do anything if you value your privacy, safety, and dignity! Throughout our tenancy we were subject to inspections without the legally required 24 hours notice, and on multiple occasions evidence was found of illegal entry without permission. They denied a mold problem which, based on recent evidence, we believe was just covered up as is happening now. Today when we went to finalise our clean up and remove our last items we were confronted by an abusive workman doing shoddy work, which was illegal since there had been no notice or permission given! Furthermore our Hoover which had been temporarily left at the property had been used to Hoover up water when we went to retrieve it, this was against without permission. Finally while we get our mailing addresses change some mail was still going to the property, instead of moving this out of consideration the workmen, when entering illegally, just trampled and tore it with wet muddy boots leaving some of it unreadable! The only reason I've even given them one star is because I have to so that I could write this review, far from getting further business, they should be shut down and all property assets be transferred to a more reputable letting agency!
