Letchworth Aquatics Ltd

This is a really nice little shop and the owner really cares and is happy to give help and advice. I popped in a few weeks back and would have happily bought some fish but as I live in London the journey was too far. I’ll be dropping in again soon though as it’s always nice to enjoy a well run store with healthy fish that are well cared for. Keep it up mate!

At first seems great sells person was nice. We bought a new pump filter. After we installed the pump was making allot of noise. Also 2 fishes died . We then return the pump. Because it’s faulty as it makes allot of noise. We did not get a refund or exchange not offered. Also the owner kept the pump. Worst customer service ever. Had to buy another pump some where els and works fine with out the hard noise and the 2 remaining fishes are now better as they almost died. And he says we did something wrong. Well sorry had fish tanks for years changed a lot of pumps. Never my fishes died because of this. And the noise was not right also.

Wow - cleanest tanks and happiest fish Ive ever seen. Great place, great stock, good prices. Travelled an hour to get here will go again asits worth the trip
