But air conditioner is bad quality and not made to work for temperatures over 23c. I was sweating and my friends, sitting in the "air conditioned" room.



Please partners of Leto, you have generated great enough profits to finally upgrade your poor quality air conditioners!



I, your customers and all of your staff would be very grateful!

A very nice Macaroon indeed in a very nice environment ! Let down by the luke warm coffee, and then to attitude of surprise (as if I was just imagining it) when I informed staff. I was further disappointed by being asked if I wanted it warmed up, can you really warm up a cappuccino, and the sarcastic comments on bringing me the freshly made cup, telling me it was superhot especially for me. Would I go back, well the cake, and eventually the coffee was very nice, but no, someone else can benefit from my custom.

L'ETO You have great food!! Great desert!! But you are lacking in customer care - customer service is non existent. Waited few minutes as your Belgravia branch manager and one waiter finished their conversation immediately in front of me and my friend and when they finished they cheekily asked is anyone helping us... which was very insulting since they eyed us as we entered and we signalled a few times to them and their other colleagues to have a dinner table. I'd understand if you where full capacity but it was clearly visible there were more staff then customers in the cafe too! This is not the first time and is consistent with the appalling customer service at your Brompton rd branch! Shame this is how you value your customers, because you have great products. Will seek my similar style dining pleasures elsewhere now.. Baker & Spice, JAK's, Zefi's, Muriel's, make way...... lol
