We visited Level today to do the laser tag, two eleven years old boys had a fantastic time. The man who served us was wonderful and he was great with the children going above and beyond to make it a brilliant experience, he was so friendly and helpful.

My daughter who is seven also enjoyed the crazy golf, the staff were very welcoming and really kind-hearted with her.

Absolutely fantastic place so quirky and fun.

Would highly recommend a visit �

We had our daughters 10th birthday here and had booked a karaoke room but a lady called us when en route and said there had been a problem so the kids did golf and bowling instead. The children had a brilliant time and the young lady who looked after us was brilliant, we were so well looked after and they had such a great time I can't even complain about the karaoke room.

Food was lovely too..was a very good experience 🖒

We had my daughter's 8th birthday there. They did laser tag and bowling. They all had a brilliant time! They especially loved the karoke in the party room, that was a definite hit!

Our host Loren was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her! She was brilliant with the kids and made such they had plenty of juice!

We had a slight delay with the food which was a little disappointing . Although, when it arrived there was plenty of it and it was really nice.

Loren was very apologetic and got it sorted as soon as she could.

I'd definitely recommend Level to others for a kids party a great experience, which is different to all other venues and has a real wow factor!

Service was great and James the party host was very good with the kids and really looked after them. I was really surprised just how good it was so will be visiting again to try out some more activities.

The venue, the staff and the atmosphere are all great. Such a fun and laid back place to be. Always have a great time when I visit here. Love it. Will be back soon �

Me, my boyfriend and my best friend went to level yesterday for bowling and for the karaoke room. Me and my best friend did some karaoke in one of the karaoke rooms which was really fun. It was worth every penny . We decided to go for another round of karaoke for an hour but 10mins in the both microphone batterys died, so I went to tell the the dude that was looking after us. He was the really helpful and lovely. All staff are nice in level but he was the nicest. Bubbly and really nice to talk too :). He tried to sort the problem but he couldn't so he asked us if we wanted a refund for me and my best friend or you three can play on the mini golf (which ment my boyfriend could get to play mini golf too) so we decided to play on the mini golf. He deserves a promotion, he was awesome :D. Bowling was really fun too but what made the night was the karaoke I would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you!!!

The man (sorry didn't get his name) that helped us with laser tag was great with the children and adults! Food was of a perfect quality and quantity for our hungry boys. We will definitely be back. Walking in to level I was amazed with the amount of things going on, bowling and the sport bar really caught my eye, but I was here to specifically give "Daredevil" a try.

First impression of the course was "wow this looks like fun". I was correct it was fun, but it definitely isn't easy! Most of the obstacles are an absolute work out!

The staff were great and there was even a great little spot for little ones too.

We had a great time and i highly recommend Daredevil and the whole of Level looks well worth an afternoon out in Preston!

This venue COULD be so good. Great location with car park above & town centre👍🏻. The bowling alley was fab but everywhere else is in need of a deep clean. The Dare devil assault course is pretty lame compared to others (Total ninja) and we didn’t really rate there. Miserable staff on the bar complaining to each other👎, didn’t like the cocktails or the food (not a healthy fresh food kind of place).

I’ve been tonight with my daughter & her friend. Although we had a good time I found the cost over the top. I booked a lane for bowling and assumed we would have the lane for an hour, which most places do, but no. I paid £12 for the kids to bowl and it was over in 10mins max!!!!

Next time she wants to bowl we’ll head to Middlebrook!!

Great idea, awful execution. The staff don't seem to have had any sort of training so I feel harsh criticising them, but they have no manners or people skills at all.



I paid 2.50 for a flat white and got instant coffee, 15 minutes after ordering it. I asked for a J2O instead and received a very cheerful "its on the house" which i was baffled by as it was a replacement for the sub standard coffee. My friend asked for ice and all she got in response was "sorry it's melted".



We wanted to play pool on one of the three tables and got told to wait for someone to finish because there is only 2 white balls. Turns out there's only one white ball. Whilst waiting for our very expensive sub standard drinks, someone asked for change, only to be told to go upstairs because she was unable to open the till (unsurprisingly they left).



I'd return hoping for a better experience and hope the staff had been trained to be a bit more professional, for example, if the ice has melted, i'd hope they'd get some more. You can't teach common sense but you can encourage initiative.



I want it to be better, hopefully things will change for when we go again. If not I doubt we'd return for a 3rd time.

Great facilities but very badly run, disorganised, short staffed and the party we booked was very badly planned on their behalf. Had no note of all the children’s food I had pre booked and kept 10 7 yr olds waiting 20 minutes for their second activity. Could be a great place but right now it’s poor.

Came today with my son booked it on line but no one bothered to check.

Some off the daredevil course was out of bounds but guessing that why charging half price. Fridges was low on stock and had to wait ages for member if staff.

Went down to level 1 asked about golf said not today booked up

Confused asked another member of staff yes 15 min wait some people have took a little longer then expected.

Ask for lazzer tag yes game starts in 10 mins so paid waited in room

Different member of staff asked u on next game it finishes in 18 mins.

Paying for lazer charge was £9 paid with £10 note never got change when asked I don't owe you any.

Lazer tag was ace tho could do with lockers or something for belongings.

Staff need training and to communicate with each other

Because of this it did put a dampner on the day

Booked the VIP party package for my sons 7th birthday today (4th March). I arranged the booking via email with a member of staff, it was a family party a mixture of children and adults we arranged two games of bowling and party food in the VIP lanes and I was quoted a price per head. Having received reviews that the booking system was not up to scratch I decided to call up before arriving this afternoon to check everything was still ok with our booking. It was at this point I was told on the phone that the booking had not been confirmed as I hadn’t paid a deposit (I was never asked to) and they could not honour the price quoted for the adults in the party (not consistent with the earlier communication). After a little debate they decided to honour the price quoted but unfortunately this had left us feeling sceptical about the whole place and its organisation! I have to say when we arrived the place was great, the staff were very attentive and polite and they checked regularly that we had everything we needed. The food was fab as was the bowling and we had a really good time. It is such a shame that this place is being let down by the disorganisation of the upfront booking system because it has the potential to be great for Preston. Sort out the staff training, get your booking system in order and you will save this place from failure.

Wasn't there to do anything other than complete my daughter and a friends registration for The Challenge NCS in the Spare Room. We did however have something to eat and out of 7 of us only 1 person enjoyed there food. Two orders were wrong plain flat bread (which was over cooked) that should have had cheese on them instead there was extra cheese on 1 pizza which was stuck to the plate. My cheese burger was so bland even the cheese and ketchup didn't help. I could go on but no we'll never eat there again.

Visited Preston’s newest entertainment centre today and TBH we were not impressed! Staff were incredibly unhelpful, we played only the mini golf course which was possibly better than our experience, but some fundamentals just weren’t in place, for instance we are a family of 6 and were given just 1 golf ball, course was littered with glass pints glasses and litter and there was no where to store jackets or personal belongings whilst participating.



Finally I used the baby changing facilities to find that the door lock was broken, infact it didn’t have a handle on the door at all.



Seriously, for a family I would avoid! Which I am sure the owners would of wanted something for the family but for us we have been put off!

The place could be great. Every time I've been something has been broken or not available. Coffee machines not switched on, tills not working in one area so have to keep going up and down. No cards to count when playing crazy golf. Interactive darts not working. Running out of glasses so given plastic. No loo roll or soap in toilets. Apart from all that its ok.

Very disappointed. Been lots of times and loved it. But came today and paid for the fajitas which normally come on a platter with everything hot and fresh ready to make your own. Been changed to ready made wrap in a takeaway box, soggy , Luke warm, less than half of the previous portion size previously and charged the same price - £9.50

If you're changing your menu and reducing your sizes by less than half please state this on your menu and in your prices. Rip off .

Might help if you have some opening times, it’s just a guessing game, I’ve been 4 times and every time there’s more than one thing to complain about, service still hasn’t improved from opening, if anything it’s worse, waiting 20 minutes to be served at an empty bar, laser tag wasn’t open for some reason? No one knows... went in th assault course, was good. Went back today at same time it was closed.... spent money getting there in the freezing cold for it to be closed. No opening times. It’s just shit tbh.

I’ve been tonight with my daughter & her friend. Although we had a good time I found the cost over the top. I booked a lane for bowling and assumed we would have the lane for an hour, which most places do, but no. I paid £12 for the kids to bowl and it was over in 10mins max!!!!

Next time she wants to bowl we’ll head to Middlebrook!!

Great idea, awful execution. The staff don't seem to have had any sort of training so I feel harsh criticising them, but they have no manners or people skills at all.



I paid 2.50 for a flat white and got instant coffee, 15 minutes after ordering it. I asked for a J2O instead and received a very cheerful "its on the house" which i was baffled by as it was a replacement for the sub standard coffee. My friend asked for ice and all she got in response was "sorry it's melted".



We wanted to play pool on one of the three tables and got told to wait for someone to finish because there is only 2 white balls. Turns out there's only one white ball. Whilst waiting for our very expensive sub standard drinks, someone asked for change, only to be told to go upstairs because she was unable to open the till (unsurprisingly they left).



I'd return hoping for a better experience and hope the staff had been trained to be a bit more professional, for example, if the ice has melted, i'd hope they'd get some more. You can't teach common sense but you can encourage initiative.



I want it to be better, hopefully things will change for when we go again. If not I doubt we'd return for a 3rd time.

Great facilities but very badly run, disorganised, short staffed and the party we booked was very badly planned on their behalf. Had no note of all the children’s food I had pre booked and kept 10 7 yr olds waiting 20 minutes for their second activity. Could be a great place but right now it’s poor.

Came today with my son booked it on line but no one bothered to check.

Some off the daredevil course was out of bounds but guessing that why charging half price. Fridges was low on stock and had to wait ages for member if staff.

Went down to level 1 asked about golf said not today booked up

Confused asked another member of staff yes 15 min wait some people have took a little longer then expected.

Ask for lazzer tag yes game starts in 10 mins so paid waited in room

Different member of staff asked u on next game it finishes in 18 mins.

Paying for lazer charge was £9 paid with £10 note never got change when asked I don't owe you any.

Lazer tag was ace tho could do with lockers or something for belongings.

Staff need training and to communicate with each other

Because of this it did put a dampner on the day

Booked the VIP party package for my sons 7th birthday today (4th March). I arranged the booking via email with a member of staff, it was a family party a mixture of children and adults we arranged two games of bowling and party food in the VIP lanes and I was quoted a price per head. Having received reviews that the booking system was not up to scratch I decided to call up before arriving this afternoon to check everything was still ok with our booking. It was at this point I was told on the phone that the booking had not been confirmed as I hadn’t paid a deposit (I was never asked to) and they could not honour the price quoted for the adults in the party (not consistent with the earlier communication). After a little debate they decided to honour the price quoted but unfortunately this had left us feeling sceptical about the whole place and its organisation! I have to say when we arrived the place was great, the staff were very attentive and polite and they checked regularly that we had everything we needed. The food was fab as was the bowling and we had a really good time. It is such a shame that this place is being let down by the disorganisation of the upfront booking system because it has the potential to be great for Preston. Sort out the staff training, get your booking system in order and you will save this place from failure.

Wasn't there to do anything other than complete my daughter and a friends registration for The Challenge NCS in the Spare Room. We did however have something to eat and out of 7 of us only 1 person enjoyed there food. Two orders were wrong plain flat bread (which was over cooked) that should have had cheese on them instead there was extra cheese on 1 pizza which was stuck to the plate. My cheese burger was so bland even the cheese and ketchup didn't help. I could go on but no we'll never eat there again.

Visited Preston’s newest entertainment centre today and TBH we were not impressed! Staff were incredibly unhelpful, we played only the mini golf course which was possibly better than our experience, but some fundamentals just weren’t in place, for instance we are a family of 6 and were given just 1 golf ball, course was littered with glass pints glasses and litter and there was no where to store jackets or personal belongings whilst participating.



Finally I used the baby changing facilities to find that the door lock was broken, infact it didn’t have a handle on the door at all.



Seriously, for a family I would avoid! Which I am sure the owners would of wanted something for the family but for us we have been put off!

The place could be great. Every time I've been something has been broken or not available. Coffee machines not switched on, tills not working in one area so have to keep going up and down. No cards to count when playing crazy golf. Interactive darts not working. Running out of glasses so given plastic. No loo roll or soap in toilets. Apart from all that its ok.

Very disappointed. Been lots of times and loved it. But came today and paid for the fajitas which normally come on a platter with everything hot and fresh ready to make your own. Been changed to ready made wrap in a takeaway box, soggy , Luke warm, less than half of the previous portion size previously and charged the same price - £9.50

If you're changing your menu and reducing your sizes by less than half please state this on your menu and in your prices. Rip off .

Might help if you have some opening times, it’s just a guessing game, I’ve been 4 times and every time there’s more than one thing to complain about, service still hasn’t improved from opening, if anything it’s worse, waiting 20 minutes to be served at an empty bar, laser tag wasn’t open for some reason? No one knows... went in th assault course, was good. Went back today at same time it was closed.... spent money getting there in the freezing cold for it to be closed. No opening times. It’s just shit tbh.
