The staff at this club go above and beyond to help customers and are so friendly. The bar staff are really nice and often end up talking and having a laugh with you once it's not so busy. I definitely feel safe coming here for a night out. The drinks are so cheap too so it's great for students and I love that they have dancers and events on all the time. The artwork around the club walls are really pretty and impressive and gives the club a personality that I really admire. You see all types of people coming here and it's also very popular with the lgbt community too which makes me feel more welcome. I definitely recommend Level for a night out! :)

I haven't been to Level but my daughter has and on New Years eve her bracelet went missing and she was devastated, filled out an online form for lost property but wasn't expecting it to be found, this morning woke up to an email to say it had and was ready for collection. Booked 2 x VIP area for 19th, staff couldn't have been any more helpful. On the night also bar staff were very good, area was really spacious for 16 of us. Bouncers seemed fine and didn't over react when we got messy. Overall we all had a fabulous night. Thankyou

doorstaff need to get off their high horse. Refused entry for a 30 something woman. for no apparant reason. oh sorry, no ID at 30! in turn, ruining my night out with my friends who entered without a problem. New customers should surely be welcomed in, as apposed to getting refused entry because someone doesnt go get their back doors smashed in at levels every weekend to result their name being on your database. But, i suppose they are doormen for a reason, THICK AS SHIT!

Thank you level staff, for ensuring your patrons leave quietly and calmly after a night out. Totally love being woken up at 5am because you can't be arsed handelling all the racial slurs coming from your pissheads. You do realise you operate next to residential flats and this shit is every time your open.

Mates didn't even get in because they were 'too drunk' bear in mind they only had one drink prior to arriving. 'Discounted entry' still meant it was £6 too get in, wonder how much it costs without that card�� bouncer refused to give us a stamp as he said he would 'remember us' we didn't return but I'm 99% sure he wouldn't of remembered us.

doorstaff need to get off their high horse. Refused entry for a 30 something woman. for no apparant reason. oh sorry, no ID at 30! in turn, ruining my night out with my friends who entered without a problem. New customers should surely be welcomed in, as apposed to getting refused entry because someone doesnt go get their back doors smashed in at levels every weekend to result their name being on your database. But, i suppose they are doormen for a reason, THICK AS SHIT!

Thank you level staff, for ensuring your patrons leave quietly and calmly after a night out. Mates didn't even get in because they were 'too drunk' bear in mind they only had one drink prior to arriving. 'Discounted entry' still meant it was £6 too get in, wonder how much it costs without that card�� bouncer refused to give us a stamp as he said he would 'remember us' we didn't return but I'm 99% sure he wouldn't of remembered us.
