Lexden Health Practice

I've never been to an osteopath but my back had been getting more tense and uncomfortable over the last few months so I thought it'd be a good idea. I ended up getting an appointment with Ellie, and when I arrived she looked quite young so i was a little sceptical about her level of expertise, however as soon as I entered my appointment it was clear she knew a lot about her profession, she made me feel very comfortable and quickly located the problem areas in my back, explaining them to me and telling me how they may have happened and what I could continue to do to keep them problem free. She clicked and cracked a few things and since my appointment i've been feeling great, problem solved it would seem. My appointment with Ellie has given me great confidence in seeing her if I have any more problems in the future and I wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else. Thank you!

After 7 months of frustration and frequent visits to a chiro and physio with no joy, after just one session with elly I've seen massive improvement with my si joint injury definitely on the road to recovery I would highly recommend her. Steven webb

I have been visiting Niki at Lexden Health Practice for the last 20 weeks in relation to preganancy related hip / back pains. I cannot recommend her and her use of osteopathy enough. I strongly believe that her treatments have enabled me to be more mobile and active throughout the second and third trimesters of this pregnancy than I was with my first. She has carefully explained every treatment to me and I leave her office feeling really mobile and full of vigor! I have been recommending using osteopathy to other pregnant friends as I feel its benefits cannot be over stated! I will be coming back for a post natal appointment too!

I have had a series of sessions with Shane Morris for a persistent and long-term back and shoulder problem. He has worked absolute wonders and now that the problem is under control I visit him once every five to six weeks to maintain flexibility. I thoroughly recommend him and the practice.

After being recommended by a colleague to try the services of an Osteopath, I thought I would give it a try and visited the practice nearest to me, and I do not regret it one bit. Shane Morris has been my practitioner throughout the process and he is very professional, welcoming and happy to answer any questions or uncertainties and trust me I asked a lot of questions. I must say I was a bit sceptical at the beginning by Shane made me feel at ease and comfortable and talked my through the process. I've had back and neck problems for a number of years. I've tried many treatments to ease my pain but it was not until I started seeing Shane that I've had such great results. I can't recommend Shane enough and the practice is very professional, clean and relaxing.
