I've had my 4 year old Lexus CT200h for 12 months now and took it to Lexus Cheltenham for an intermediate service and MOT. booking online was so easy and had confirmation of the booking within minutes. I purchased myLexus GS300 from a non Lexus dealer 12 months, and after having had many cars, including BMWs, a very nice car, I have never been happier than I am with my Lexus. I have had my services, mot and wheel refurbishment done at Lexus in Cheltenham, and find their customer care second to none. The minute you walk up to reception you are treated with the utmost respect, and when they have received you they then offer you a seat and a cup of the nicest coffee that I have ever had. My dealings have mainly been with Alex, Sam and Mike who are totally professional at their job and treat you with respect. All the work that has been undertaken on my car has been excellent, and then the next day you get a call from Lexus asking if you are alright and happy with the work undertaken. Were they an hotel they would have a 5 star rating.

Great service from Lexus Cheltenham.The salesman we dealt with is called Max & he was professional but not pushy. We were impressed with the way we were treated & being offered a soft drink after our journey was very welcome.We bought a used GS450h. A small glitch with the car driving it home but sorted out quickly with no fuss.

Fantastic service from start to finish at this branch. Nothing is too much trouble for anybody. All team members were polite helpful and willing from reception to service to sales.
