THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU so so much!!!! On the school run, Hearing a loud bang from the car near Bancrofts school I pulled to the nearest exit which was opposite the dealership. Walking out the car to a completely slit tyre. With 3 kids in the car I was in a panic and trying to call the RAC. LUKE HOLLAND one of the staff at the dealership walked out in the freezing cold to see what was wrong. Straight away asked me give him the key to sort out the problem & asked me to get kids into the showroom help myself to tea coffee and a snack for kids. I had cut my hand opening the boot & the receptionist promptly helped me bandage it! Not their brand of car not their problem but they just took over doing anything and everything they could. Changed the tyre for the spare and were not willing to even charge for changing it ..... I am so so greatful for all your help! I surely know where I am buying my next car from!!! Picked up my new RX450h Luxury last Saturday. This is my third RX from Woodford and it is outstanding. The interior trim (Noble Brown- Red stitching- awesome) would give the upcoming Bentley Bentayga a run for its money and the drive is much more engaging than the previous model. I'd ordered a Porsche Macan but cancelled the order when I saw the RX- I know I've made the right choice. Fantastic car, great dealership.

Why didn't I get treated this way when I bought my car from Lexus on Friday 04/09/1014....... Oh yeah because I didn't by a new lexus but a used one!!! Double standards or what!!!!

Thoroughly unethical place. Bought a used Lexus Rx350 back in Sept and they sold me one with dying battery. It's being giving me starting problems ever since I bought it and I somehow managed by asking my kind neighbors to help with jumpstart. Today when I took it to the Lexus service centre for a battery replacement, they did acknowledge that the battery was dead but since I didn't shout about it in the first 3 months, they will not cover the charge of replacement. Paid 105 quids for it in the end...moral of the story avoid this unscrupulous place or keep perennially shouting if you do end of buying anything from here.
