Leyland Sdm

It is the second time I am treated in a rude manner in the leyland store close by London Bridge. The employee is a white haired sir that works in tilt #3. I made a complaint to the manager this morning and left the store very upset. I did not buy what I was looking for.
He never smiles or great customers. He gave me the wrong locker (not the one I pointed at). He refused to see the video and photos I carefully took this morning, because I knew communication could be a problem. Indeed it was. Either we will find another store of the segment or we will wait for his day off to go back there. I am sure leyland could count on smiley and happy employees such as the lady on tilt #1.

Visited on my way between offices to pick up some tape, brushes and paint. Staff saw I was in a rush, responded immediately and knew just what to recommend (and it worked!). Professional and relaxed. Shop is large and well stocked, so would probably cover most home DIY needs. Close to London Bridge tube, too.

Helpful staff, decent prices (a bit more than Screwfix though) and close to those who work around London bridge. Never too busy, even at lunch time.
