I don't know why the shop is always full. The staff is very unhelpful. Once a guy actually uffed (loudly!) at me when I asked what wall plug should I get for a specific job.
Another time I bought some screws, asked if they were suitable for outdoor and the guy said no. I said I would go and pick something else but (obviously unwilling to retype the items) he hurried to say "no, no, they're fine" just because he had already typed the bill.
The range of products is not very wide and you can find the exact same products much cheaper elsewhere.
