Would rather have booking office and staff...than none at all

Very busy very convenient station. Minutes from Leyton mills retail park. Connects to central line so minutes away from getting to central London.

This station has no staff , no ticket office just machines. It has toilets on the platforms but very often closed so you might have a problem while traveling from afar. It is clean and very busy during pick times. Disabled passengers using wheelchairs will have access problems because there is no lifts to platforms just stairs.

I went through Leyton Tube Station today the staffing level is all full is poor guy who works for the underground said to me he reports people dodging the barriers I'm not paying for the fair not using the tube he says he reports over 100 people doing this he was on his own even a man collapses on the street outside the station he couldn't help because he was on his own in on the platform we need more staff in our stations after your closing the ticket offices this is bad because like a terrorist attack we don't want another 77 London transport should being responsible for making sure his staff and police on the platforms I will be writing to the Mayor of London about this I'm going to make sure this campaign to get staff and police I'm um I'm not going to be moody with normal Mark my words signing off Mark HYLTON

Very small outdoor Victorian style tube subway station of Central line service. Zone 3.
With small stairs, no lift. Usually peaceful during a day station with two platforms, assessable by stairs, and one only entrance/exit which leads directly to High Street and a few bus stops. It gets busy only in rush hours. It has a bike storage area which is currently under renovation. There is a small shop and public toilets (unchecked). No staff, just tickets machines. There is a nice friendly taxi service next to station, on the right side on High Road. Well located in High Street Leyton near a few bus stops and many local shops and café. Bus 58 (towards East Ham, Forest Gate) stops is just outside of the station on the left.
Buses towards Walthamstow: 58 & other buses stop on the other side of road, just opposite to the station. There is huge Asda Supermarket is less than 3 minutes walk from the station. Central line tube service.
This Victorian station has period features and decor.
There is upcoming in near future cycle bike hub for 150 bicycles.
