Hello and welcome to my page, I am Lee and I am a qualified Counsellor with many years experience.

I was trained by Relate and worked for them until recently when I set up my own business.
I counsel young people and children, adult individuals and couples.

The issues and problems counselling can help with are too numerous to list, I would prefer to say I will help if I can and if I can't I will help you to find someone who can.

I am known for my caring and compassionate nature, I will never judge, but believe wholeheartedly that people are usually doing their best in sometimes the most difficult of circumstances.

I believe that counselling is a journey that allows exploration of your hopes and dreams, it is a safe space to express feelings which are sometimes overwhelming and unbearable, it is an opportunity to find ways to cope better and feel more in control of your life.
