How to make your workouts efficient❓ Include compound exercises during workouts. Compound exercises are when you work more than 1 muscle in a movement! Examples are: Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Lat Pull Down and Leg press! The more muscles worked, the more calories burned❗️
