Liberty Wellbeing Description
Liberty Wellbeing is a growing collective of teachers in Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, BodyBalance and Mindfulness. We offer weekly daytime, evening and weekend classes for all levels and abilities as well as occasional retreats, group sessions and special events.

People often tell me they don't have time 'to practice mindfulness' but listening is a kindness and an act of mindfulness in itself.
Visited yesterday for a 3 hour introduction into mindfulness for anxiety and depression. The surrounding are stunning and brings peace straight to you. Jennie has the sense of calm about her I wish I could bring inside my head! I went wth an open mind and enjoyed every second. The way Jennie spoke brings a calming influence over you and I could identify myself with a great deal of what she spoke about. I feel, with practise, I could take myself into a being of calm and mindfulness when the going gets tough (actually, not just when it's tough times!). Thank you!

The day was amazing and loved every minute of it!

Just finished the beginners wellbeing course and have to say totally liberating what an amazing teacher and already signed up for the intermediate X
Jennie has the most calming affect on me, I loved her introduction to mindfulness, and now I'm hooked on her yoga classes. It's not often you meet someone who suits your style of learning so perfectly. You were destined to teach me!!!
I would highly recommend The Silent Retreat day. Stunning surroundings and beautiful environment. Jennie is truly wonderful. Will be returning. Thank you
I was a total Yoga newbie and thoroughly enjoyed the beginners course. Safe to say I am now hooked and ready to sign up for another course!
I have just got home from Tram Hatch Gardens, (what a beautiful place), after attending the 'well being day'. What a truly inspirational, motivational, even emotional (reiki treatment), day. An absolutely fabulous lunch cannot recommend it enough. Thank you so much to Jennie and her co-hosts for putting on such a wonderful day. Can I put my name down now for next year please?????? Xx
As a troubled mind, i'm seeking alternative way's to peace myself, been reading about mindfulness for some time as well as dharma teachings .
So, why not try.......
The surroundings are astonishingly peaceful, the teacher brings us peace, the way she talks, she walks and so on.
The meditation, for a split second i did manage to stop fight with myself, obviously this will require more and more meditation and more and more teaching.
For that split second im grateful.
A split second may sound like nothing, but it means a huge amount of time.
