It’s hard to put down into words what makes Liddy’s different than other firms. I have lived and breathed Liddy’s for over 15 years, and because of this closeness the evolution has passed undetected. But when I sit back and reflect I can see a few key points that sets us apart.

1. We don’t hide behind paper work: we are open, honest and clear. No win no fee means exactly that. As long as the client has co-operated in your own case there is absolutely no legal cost. If we win then the maximum we will take from your damages is 25% . We could take less, but never more. In conveyancing the costs are always laid out in a clear and unambiguous manner from the start.

3. We don’t rely on case management software which forces us to take the same route for every client. Every single claim and case is different and if you treat them all the same then you will under-settle or lose a lot of them.
